Guy at the drive thru was slinging them this morning. Once the slow order was passed through the man had everyone ready and moving. The next several cars didn’t even have to come to a stop! I went back in and left a tip! I wanted to reward good workers!

Yeah..seems like they have a bomb mornong crew..quality and speed..perfection
My husband and I experienced an issue with our order this morning. The mocha was incorrectly made as a white mocha. We requested correction, but Linda, an older woman who intervened, displayed unacceptable behavior. She added mocha sauce to the original drink, overflowing it, and presented it back to us in a condescending tone, implying no mistake had been made. She swirled the drink around and around to try and make it look like a freshly made mocha. But sure enough it had white chocolate sauce at the bottom. I’ve never had any issues with this store remaking anything until today.

Frappe was nothing but foam. Tasted terrible. Asked for extra caramel drizzle and literally got like 1 line of caramel. Worst Starbucks in the area.
