Now for reference , I haven't had a migraine in several months. My latte was very bitter. It wasn't Good at all and i'm used to it being milky and creamy. Later in the day, I had this terrible migraine and I'm sure it's because of the burnt coffee.

went this morning and ordered on the app, when I got to the window they told me they didn’t have the syrup needed to make my drink so I would have to choose another drink and a refund WASN'T optional. My OG drink was $7 and I told them well I already paid more for the drink I ordered so I’m basically getting ripped off atleast $2 and all they said was they couldn’t do a refund because it was “through the app” absolutely ridiculous. I paid $7 for a cup of coffee I didn’t even want because they didn’t give me another option

Normally I dont go to this Starbucks, i waited patiently in line while the cashier helped the lady infront of me with her app for about 5mins then it was my turn. I placed my order, she never asked me what my name was, if I had a starbucks app, she didnt even tell me what my amount was she just pointed to screen. Ok fine. When I looked at the name screen for orders that are ready/pickup she named me tempssss. She ask the lady in front of me and the gentleman behind me his name but I was called tempssss. The gentleman behind me had to tell me Miss I think thats your order they are calling. I've never had this experience before.

I asked a question about menu item and changed my mind due to not knowing how it would taste. Zena was kind enough to offer a sample of the cherry foam for not only myself but to my kids as well. Amazing customer service we will be back!!!

I asked for two extra pumps of white chocolate mocha and still end of with a drink that tastes like warm milk. I am tired of spending $6 for a cup of milk

Guy at the drive thru was slinging them this morning. Once the slow order was passed through the man had everyone ready and moving. The next several cars didn’t even have to come to a stop! I went back in and left a tip! I wanted to reward good workers!
