This is the I don’t even know how many times I’ve received a hot beverage half full… this location has so many issues… you pay the amount for your drink and only receive half of it you call to let them know and no one answers or cares…be last time I go here… this location will be shut down soon I imagine…

Asked me my name & I told her. Not only did she spell it wrong but my drink sit on the counter for about 30mins because she called my name out the way she felt that it should be spelled. There's only 4 letters in my name!

Word to the wise. I am nursing a burned hand caused by attempting to open an overfilled scalding hot coffee served on Sept 1 at approximately 9 am. McDonald's was sued and paid out millions of dollars for this type of incident.

Rarely have nitro cold brew. Sucks driving here and getting told machine is down or having to call everytime. If you want consistensy go to the one on burkhart. They always have nitro no matter what.

I tip every time I go here, and every time...after I tip, they hand me a drink thats wrong. Don't bother ordering cinnamon on top, they don't do that here.

I am appalled by my visit today. I’m a frequent customer of this location and I know it’s been going downhill the past few months but today solidified this. Where in your mind do you think it’s ok and professional to be YELLING at an employee!? Not only yelling at them but to do it right outside the store and to make them cry!? The behavior I witnessed from those two people was disgusting and disturbing. The person they were yelling at is always so sweet and kind every time I come in so I can’t imagine they have done anything that extreme to warrant that. Shame on those crusty women. Shame on this store. Shame on upper management.

I usually get Starbucks on my way in to work in the mornings. Without fail, my orders are always correct, and always in the time frame that they give. (I order from the app).

So here’s the thing. I love this Starbucks, but the customer service is hit or miss. I have baristas that know my order and are awesome, but I also have had some not so great experiences too. The location is super convenient and clean.

The mobile order pick ups are ruining the Starbucks experience for walk in patrons. I had to wait 21 minutes for a grande caramel macchiato and jalapeño pocket. Not to mention the five minutes it took somebody to take my order. But I guess it’s my fault for not just ordering a pike place.

My soy latte was made incorrectly. When I came back into the store to ask for a remake they said they were out of the regular soy. I said I would rather have refund and go to another Starbucks to get the correct drink. The person at the register then asked the barista if they still had some of the original soy and she said yes. He then proceeded to ring up the drink and process the order, but failed to mention it was a remake. I stood there an additional 10 mins, maybe more, to get my drink remade. From the time I ordered up until getting the correct drink took 19 mins. I even asked the barista if the remake for my name was coming up soon, which she said was, but she was not polite at all. The Starbucks experience is definitely lacking at this particular establishment. Very unfortunate especially since today is Christmas Eve.
