Do not go to this subway. It is aweful. Dirty on the inside worker he is rude and unprofessional. I still wanted to get something because I was extremely hungry. I ordered the all pro sweet onion chicken teriyaki that comes with double cheese. He put almost no chicken on it and barely any cheese. When I was picking the veggies he stopped me and told me he was charging me extra for veggies?!!! On a sandwich that comes with them! I asked when subway started charging for veggies and he said I’m telling you in charging. So with all my stuff there I said never mind I don’t want any of what I ordered that I would go to the subway down the road. And guess what?? The other subway did not charge for something that isn’t supposed to be charged for. Long story short, avoid this subway on stacker and just go to the one on high pointe Dr in Newburgh. These people at stacker need to go out of business.

Ordered Italian herb & cheese sub. The bread had barely anything on it. They put just the minimal amount of toppings in the sub. I’d definitely go to a different place. The food was at least hot & good, they just skimped on what they put on. They didn’t have all the toppings that most subways have

Did drive through, ordered breadsticks with extra cheese. Breadsticks were hard and very small compared to other locations. I told the worker they were hard and he said I just made them 15 minutes ago “sorry”. My extra cheese sauce was only half full. Sadly my last visit as I love breadsticks.

It's incredibly hot in there. Dirty. And I paid for food online. Showed my receipt confirmed I selected the correct location. They refused to give me a refund or my food. Said I could find the number online myself for complaints. Ridiculous. It was the manager I spoke with.

This review is not just this location but Subways in general. The Customer service has always been good at this location but the Quality in terms of amount of meat on the sandwiches has decreased over all and the cost has increased around 25-33 % making McCallisters a better deal vs Subways. For ex (2) 6 in sandwiches and (2) chips were 19.00. McCallisters is generally fresher , has more variety and the portion sizes are much better on their sandwiches. Subway may have faster service though.

The Noble Roman's says hot and ready, there was NOTHING hot or ready except cups of cheese dip!!! Service was horrible, one girl was making pizza for the future while 3 customers were trying to get lunch with one guy working! The place was very disappointing! Very creepy! She ignored every customer and everything going on around her! Poor guy, trying to do everything!
This Subway needs to change its motto to "Subway, Eat Less."
