Went in to eat tonight. Got sat right away, the guy bussing tables and seating people was fantastic. Then we meet our waitress. It was all down hill from there. After bringing our drinks we had to stop her almost 5 minutes later to get straws. We then had to have the previous mentioned host find her so we could place our order. Fast forward 40 minutes later our food comes out and our order of boneless wings was ice cold. We literally had to go find her to tell her they were cold. The remade wings came out fast and were good. Here we are a hour in and all of our drinks had been empty for over a half hour. We had to find a manager to get drink refills. It was hands down the worst experience we have ever had there. Yes they were busy, but she was just not good at her job at all. Not only that but however they printed the receipt wouldn’t allow us to have our loyalty points, I’m assuming it was done so we wouldn’t get a survey. Whoever is reading this you owe me $60 in loyalty points.

I wouldn’t recommend anybody go here. On top of not paying their workers livable wages whatsoever; They also leave their wings out of the fridge ALL DAY LONG before they are cooked.
This is the kind of business you guys support? Potential food poisoning for yourself and your families, but also supporting a business that doesn’t support its staff.
$12 an hour while not even getting 40 hours a week is completely unacceptable especially from a business that makes enough to pay their employees a decent wage.
In the state of Indiana you need to be making $25/hr which is $4,000/ mo. Do the math. Support local businesses and not franchises and greedy corporations!

We were sat and waited 10 minutes before even being acknowledged. 15 minutes and someone finally took our order so we ordered a salad wedge and cheese sticks to start. A couple just arrived and was sat next to us and ordered the same starters. They received their food right away. 20 minutes after that I was informed they were out of salad wedges ?!?! So we ate the cheese sticks waiting for the rest of our food which never came out? I finally after almost an hour asked for a check to pay for the cheese sticks and drinks and to speak to the manager. The manager apologized 20 times but never even offered to make it right for waisting our time there.
I am always looking for a great place to eat and watch games close to home but that was the first and last time I eat, order delivery, or even recommend this place.

This location is EXTREMELY slow. The Diamond Avenue location can get you in and out in under an hour on a bad day. Me and 3 co-workers were here for an hour and 25 minutes on Friday May 12, 23. All had the lunch special, so nothing was out of the ordinary. This is not the first time I have been here, and the reason I am writing this review is because this is not the first time it took well over an hour to get in and out. I wont be back...

Kristin the hostess was very professionand did a great job and had a great personality , any questions that my friend and I had she answered directly and precisely I am looking forward to having lunch or dinner at that location again Thanks to the hostess great service
