I orederd the mexican pizza combo $10 and the whole meal was disgusting especially the mexican pizza shell..it smelled awful and was so musty tasting i couldnt even finish it..plus there was hardly nothIn to it or the tacos .u think if customers has to pay $10 for a..meal it at least should be fresh...i wamt a.refund or a free order of somethimg diffrent...but now im just about sick of dealing with companies like this becaise u have rude workers and screwed up orders and over charged prices for the trash they call food...taco bell is goin down the tubes!!!

We were a group of 5, so yes big order. Heard the staff talking about it the entire time we waited for our food. Most of the food was ok, but I received the thinnest crunch wrap supreme ever, along with cold nacho fries. Very disappointed. It was also supposed to be done in and they put it in a to go bag. I took pictures but see no where to post them.

Went too this location well before they were suppose to close they close at 3 am as is says on the website I’m not one to complain I work in fast food too, I went to order they had “nothing” but crunchy tacos and there is no way there whole store is out of all product they must have throw away all of there food and turned machines off I asked for a slushy told me there machines where off unacceptable you take orders and stay open till your store is closed peridot.

I came to pick up a delivery order at 8:40 pm on Sept 14th 2025 .. nobody acknowledged me...stood in the lobby for 10 min and then asked about the order and was ignored. That's very rude. And I know delivery orders make up a lot of this companies business. But to make it worse I had to wait another 20 min for the order🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

Hate to leave a negative review but here I am. Upon walking in I hear lots of vulgar language coming from the kitchen (we were the only people eating inside). One taco came out wrong (asked for no sauce) - went to the counter to get them to fix it, taco laid out on counter so it was obvious I had an issue. 3 of the guys working in the back looked at me directly and completely ignored me..,..one of them even smirked at me. Finally, a nice lady from the other side came around, apologized, and fixed it - handed me a freebie coupon too. This was on Saturday 8/16 around 3:15-3:30pm
The slowest fast food chain in Newburgh. It’s almost like they’re a charity organization rather than trying to get food to the customers. Is this a for-profit business because it certainly doesn’t seem like it is.

When I pick up from this location I genuinely have no problems. They're fast and kind. Everytime order delivery through their app I end up waiting 2+ hours for my food to be delivered. I can't imagine a world it takes 2 hours to make a taco.
