Last year when we ate here I talked about the food for weeks. It was so good and the chicken and waffles was amazing. This year (we live out of town) I was so excited to go and quickly disappointed. The chicken had very little flavoring and burnt batter, pancakes overcooked, serving sizes significantly decreased, and refills on drinks were requested several times before getting. Went from somewhere I couldn’t wait to visit again to one that’s just ok. Atmosphere was still nice. People were friendly, clean environment, and nicely maintained.

My wife and I had breakfast at about 6:30 am. I ordered a veggie omelet and fried potatoes. My wife had 2 eggs,ham,fried potatoes, and biscuits. Alicia was our waitress. She did an awesome job, and the food was delicious.

had breakfast. everything was perfectly cooked and our server Julie was THE BEST SERVER I have experienced since before Covid hit and ruined so many things. she was very friendly and we never wanted for anything while we were there. the whole place was a refreshing experience.

The Rooster’s Den is always a great place to eat and relax in the morning or for brunch. The staff is always nice, friendly, and helpful. The decor makes the restaurant have that homie farm feel that always makes you want to come back!
