I ordered 2 baconators jrs , 1 spicy chicken, 2 chilis. Didn't get either burgers I was kind & I was patient. I tried calling and even left a message nothing from them back. I know we were only 1 customer in the grand scheme of things ; but I will never be back.

Why do yall every single time ask the person to wait when there isn’t a car in sight. Every time I come here. But if there are no people in sight and people come through the drive through you should not serve old eggs. Waited for fresh potato’s bc you probably couldn’t redrop them but serving old eggs is a definite no.

All of the young men were cussing constantly, talking badly and yelling inappropriate things. Made it very uncomfortable for myself and my 2yr old. Couldn't tell if they were arguing or playing.. no management seemed to be in the building, if they were I couldn't tell. There was a lack a awareness for professionalism. Besides that, the Young man who took my order was very nice and fast and efficient.

the guy at the window interrupted us 2 different times, tried giving us 3 different orders, and was very rude and cut us off when we tried to order.
This place has really gone downhill! Finally got an answer in the drive-thru, ordered my food and was told it was $9.12, which I knew was incorrect. It was 19.12 actually. Drove around to the window. Sat there and listen to the person in the drive-thru Telling someone else in the restaurant that he hopes they do call HR on him they can just spank his ass. Brought my food home and the burgers appeared to have been made hours ago. The burgers and the fries were cold.. This used to be a good restaurant for fast food. I would not recommend it to anyone at this point!

Came in at 3:10 for food through the drive thru no one answered we saw two people inside as well. Highly disappointed. Will not be back to this location. I have worked fast food myself even if short staffed we would have someone on the mic. It's unacceptable!
