Horrible restaurant. Came there 4 times and not once did they get my hamburger right. Whatever crappy headphones or ear wax’s is blocking their ears from hearing the simplest of requests needs to get replaced or cleaned. A 3 year old could take better request than some of these workers. I do not want to come home over a long day with the wrong order because they messed it up.

The guy working the drive thru on the evening of Monday aug 4th was so friendly and professional. My bag was packed expertly. I really appreciated that. HOWEVER. Baby that chicken sandwich was absolute trash. I don't know what they did to it, but I wouldn't eat it again if they paid me. What did yall do???

I ordered 2 baconators jrs , 1 spicy chicken, 2 chilis. Didn't get either burgers I was kind & I was patient. I tried calling and even left a message nothing from them back. I know we were only 1 customer in the grand scheme of things ; but I will never be back.

Why do yall every single time ask the person to wait when there isn’t a car in sight. Every time I come here. But if there are no people in sight and people come through the drive through you should not serve old eggs. Waited for fresh potato’s bc you probably couldn’t redrop them but serving old eggs is a definite no.
Noticed major improvements from the beginning of this year. Will be eating here more often

All of the young men were cussing constantly, talking badly and yelling inappropriate things. Made it very uncomfortable for myself and my 2yr old. Couldn't tell if they were arguing or playing.. no management seemed to be in the building, if they were I couldn't tell. There was a lack a awareness for professionalism. Besides that, the Young man who took my order was very nice and fast and efficient.
