I went into tonight with a group of my friends. It was great honestly the hostess was sweet and greeted our group right away and got us quickly seated, the server we had was very prompt and answered all questions that I asked about drinks! As we waited, I admit I did look around as everyone seemed busy and noticed how well they seem to work together. I used to work in the food industry, so I notice things others don't typically pay attention to. Also, couldn't help but to notice how clean the place is, and I even took a peek into your party rooms with the manager I think her name was Whitley she was very kind and answered all questions I had about the rooms. The food was great, and everything came out in a timely manner. David made sure that we had refills and did an excellent job. My friends and I will be returning in the near future! Thank you Wings Etc. for the great experience!

Great service and very informative server about my concern of food allergies. This place has plenty of T.V.s around and the simulator is cool many different games on there for any age range. The patio was pretty when I went to check it out, I was there during the night and the lights hanging up added a soft touch, and with the pond in the back was pretty awesome. Ill most certainly come back! By the way I had the Pork Nachos and omg they're absolutely amazing!! Sorry I didn't take a picture I definitely will when I come back!

Waited almost 10 minutes before anybody acknowledged i was at front. 3 servers stood talking at a table just past the door. The host finally came back from getting a larger order and asked my name. Waited another 15 minutes for my food, which was just nachos. I was told they would be ready at a certain time. Arrived a couple of minutes past this time and still waiting almost 25-30 minutes to receive order. I understand when things are busy, but customers came in after I had been standing there and picked up orders well after my pickup time. Host was nice but needed help. Servers need to step up and greet guests, ask host if help is needed.

We ordered as a carryout. Wings were awesome. We ordered the dry rub options, which turned out to be a little on the salty side. When put with the ranch, it was better. We have visited in person and ordered a side of fries. I would not recommend ordering in takeout, as you do not get as many, and they turn soggy in the plastic container. I would order wings again for takeout and leave fries for when I am able to eat it there.

It was really underwhelming unfortunately. We had never been. The spicy bbq just tasted like bbq and Louisiana hot sauce mixed, and the wings were kinda dry :/ would definitely go back for the cheese fries

I ordered a wrap and asked for no tomatoes, hoping that I would not have a soggy dinner. Sadly, something about this wrap preparation was still super-wet and made my wrap (and fries) completely soggy on the bottom. I won't order a wrap from there again.
***Update 8/20/24*** Moving my 3 star review to a 2 star review. I asked for a hot buffalo chicken wrap, and got home to a plain wrap. Not one drop of sauce. I don't understand. It wasn't even busy. I'm sorry, Michelle. I gave you a second chance and was let down harder than the first time.

Our first and most likely last experience. Waited 5 minutes for a table while staff was towards the back, staring at us as we walked in. They sat us at a table that had water rings from previous customers and obviously was not wiped down as the table was sticky and nasty. The server was slow to come around. To our surprise, Thursday night, they do a song bingo game. Absolutely horrible! The table we were sat at had a speaker right next to our ears. Couldn't hear a thing or have a conversation at our table it was so loud. I complained about how loud it was, and I was told, "I know, it's loud." After looking around and seeing food on the floor shoved into corners, windows that haven't been cleaned in probably months from their appearance, and how filthy our table was, they don't care about cleanliness at all here. The food was average.
