Food was great! service was not good. We got in before the dinner rush but our waitress was finishing up with a big group she had one other table for 2, she came over and greeted us but didn’t take our drink orders 15 minutes later she came back and took our order and prettier much said “what are you having” we already knew so we ordered she brought a drink to our table and we pretty much never saw her again. No “is everything tasting alright” or “can I get you anything else” so we’re waiting to see her again to get a to go box we had to get up and ask the hostess for one then we needed the check and had to tell a waiter we were ready for our check. Our waitress finally came back and set the bill on the table and walked away again no “sorry for your wait” or “thank you for being so patient tonight”. So we decided for two people on an $70 bill that she wasn’t getting a tip. She came back and snatched the bill off the table and walked away again not speaking a word and then comes back to ask what was wrong with the service so we told her and her response was “I told you I had a big party” we told her we had only seen her she only spoke to us 2 times and she said “okay I can understand that” not once saying sorry. Meanwhile we’ve been waiting for the desert that came with the weekend special another 15 minutes goes by after she confronts us about the bill finally we got up and went to the hostess and asked for the manager.
We wanted what we paid for and to leave asap. In total we were there for almost 2 hours, 30 minutes of it was dining and an hour and a half waiting on our waitress for a party of two with 1 drink, no appetizers, and two entrees, and a desert Togo. The manager who was in training for another location was very helpful and made us feel valued after a night of being ignored. probably won’t be going back to the noblesville location.

Always a good experience. Consistently good food, attentive waiters, semi quiet atmosphere. Great place for lunch with girlfriends
spend $350 for poor service, dry steak, server was rude and rush us, party of 7 and got gratuity 18% normally we give $100 tips to celebrate birthday here but they charged us 18% so that's what you get and nah never come back for this restaurant.
We received our appetizer before we received our drink from the bar. And then received our entrées within one to two minutes of getting our appetizers. The timing was off.
It was a very busy night ( we didn't know Rod Stewart was performing close by). We had reservations for 2 at 7:30. we were seared at 7:31. Lucas was our server, he was efficient, friendly and even though he was very busy, he was attentive. I was amazed that how busy it was our food and beverage was served at reasonable wait time. Kudos ‼️
Service was great even thought they were swamped and the food was good. Only downside for us was noise. Yes, it was busy but it was extremely loud. I think the music in the bar area was trying to drown out the crowd but its volume only made people louder.
First time for us dining there. Food was excellent! Service was GREAT! Atmosphere was equally as good! We'll be back as there were several more things we wanted to try.
My wife and I come to BJs on the weekend for Prime Rib special. The food is nearly always very good, the value for the special is very good, the on premise beer is always good and the restaurant is generally clean. One note of caution, like its sister store in Greenwood, IN, this store suffers from VERY slippery floors, particularly in the bar and higher traffic areas near the bathroom. I would encourage BJs management to consider remediation for this issue. The slick floor issue is a safety concern and has been persistent for numerous years in a row. Aside from the floors, this is a great place to have dinner.
Normally, we have great experience both in terms of service and food quality at this location however, for this one visit, the service was poor and the quality of food, specifically the mahi tacos, were incredibly disappointing. Regarding the service, the server was consistently absent from the floor whenever we needed something. Examples - the first beer that came out was skunked. Couldn't find the server so I had to go to the bar and get it replaced ourselves. Second example - It took a very long time for our food order to come, and when we saw it on the floor it went to another table which was the wrong table, then it disappeared back into the kitchen because the server had put in the wrong table number which she admitted. So when we finally saw our server, she had to go back to the kitchen, find the food on the warmer, and then bring to us. And then she offered a free Pazooki, which never came so ultimately, we ended up paying by phone and walking out with zero tip, which we never do. We normally will over tip. Regarding the food, the mahi tacos were incredibly disappointing because it was fish sticks, not filet. In the past, we've had filleted blackened mahi tacos. We also asked for it blackened which it wasn't. Looking back, I suppose we should've elevated these issues to the manager but in the end, we just wanted to get home at the end of a long 8-hour drive.

We always love coming to BJ’s. Talking with the manager, Allie, she was so wonderful! We appreciate the great service from Luis and delicious food! We will be back!
It is a great place to enjoy a good meal with a variety of options available.
I love BJs when we are in the indy area we make sure to have dinner there.
Fish skin or plastic? We will never know!
No wait, quick service, and the pizookie is as good as always. However, the more I eat here the more the food slowly tastes mediocre. Add the addition to our drink for lunch, and this just confirmed that we will most likely not return.
