BRU Burger Bar - Noblesville

Haven't been to Bru Burger in several years, but took the kids for a Saturday evening. We had a reservation, so we got right in. The food is what really disappointed. Dinner was very slow to come out, and a good amount of it was cold. The kids both ordered burgers with a side of mac 'n cheese. It had no flavor at all. The cheese sauce was very watery. The kids, who love burgers, ate maybe half of their burger and took a couple of bites of the mac 'n cheese. Overall quality was down and not what I remembered from Cunningham Group. Very disappointing!

My wife and I finally gave up on this place tonight!! Ordered my burger well done and got it raw inside. I couldn't believe how I ate half of it before realizing it. I took pics of it to provide to the County Health Dept. We told the waitress we're never coming back! I don't recommend this place, I hope it closes and a descent restaurant comes in!!

Food was good, but wait staff needs to back off with the cutesy stuff. Waiter told my daughter to smile more. If I wanted low-rent kitschy bs, I'd go to Applebee's. Also, they used to serve local beers but now they just serve the same single distributor swill as everyone else. Not really a good reason to come here anymore.

Ordered a small cob salad via door dash and chicken sandwich. Chicken sandwich was cold and salad was not fresh but brown!!!! Bad food!!! Will not be doing that again!!!!!

Bru is one of our favorite restaurants. But we've never been to the Noblesville location despite only being a few miles away. The food was excellent. The service was helpful and friendly. This is a nice, clean and modern location.

Had a reservation for 4 at 6pm. They forgot about us and we weren't seated for 15-20 minutes. Grilled chicken on the salad was dry. Not the experience I've come to expect here.

Jordan served our Bachelorette dinner that I hosted for my sister-in-law last night. He was fast, knowledgable, and funny! He kept the night running smoothly, we had no issues, all of the food and cocktails were amazing - he started off the night perfectly for us overall! Left feeling buzzed, full, and hyped for the night! Thanks Jordan!

First time visiting here and my wife was ecstatic about how great her burger tasted. Mine was very good too. Great service from Kate H who was very friendly and welcoming. Lots of sauce on the burgers so bring a wet wipe or two, but that’s a good thing. Nice napkins, made from toweling. Very upscale and appreciated.

We ordered 2 specialty burgers, fries, onion rings and kids brownies online. Drove 20 minutes to pick it up.. got home ( 20 minute drive home ) and only the brownies were in the bag 😔
I called the store and was told there was nothing they could do because when I ordered it on their website I ordered it thru doordash pickup?? (that was the optioned showed ).
I said I would drive back up to get it again and that it would take about 20 minutes. When we got back to the restaurant it was ready... but everything was cold! We thought they would have remade the order.....NOPE!
Awful customer service for an order over $50 for 2 burgers. They couldn't give a refund but could have done SOMETHING! 😠
