First visit to the newly remodeled BK near us. Very digital experience and the workers were struggling with it, even though it had reopened 2 weeks ago. We ordered a double whopper and a whopper with cheese and upped them to a large meal. Total amount paid was over $27. When our food came out, my husband's double whopper was only a whopper. He returned it and they went to work making the correct sandwich. So we ate our fries while waiting. I finally opened my whopper only to discover my whopper did not have cheese on it. I went ahead and ate it because the whole experience was getting worse and I just wanted to leave. Prior to the remodel of this BK, it was our favorite fast food place to eat. The employees were awesome and entertaining. I don't think we'll be back based on our experience and the price paid.

WS there for lunch today after being disappointed with menu change at a nearby restaurant. Stood at the counter for 5 minutes and was totally ignored by the staff.. Left without ordering and went to Domino's fir pizza when I really wanted my favorite Whopper... good help is hard to get. Only 2 tables in dining room...and a couple of cars in the drive through. Couple who entered as we left also did not stay...

The inside was very dirty and uncomfortable, the food was ok. The saltiest whopper I have ever had in my life, the service was quick but it took a bit to order because the person a the front was just mumbling barely taking his job seriously.

Nicholette has outstanding customer service skills and my family and I were very impressed. From the time that we arrived at the drive thru window, to the window and while leaving. She has a very positive attitude and serves a big smile to go with it. Our food was exactly how we ordered it and she made sure that our order was correct. We will definitely be back to this restaurant because of Nicholette’s customer service. Thank you for a pleasant experience. Some people are so quick to write bad reviews but don’t give the good credit when it’s due!
