We ordered two small orders of the Mac and cheese. And two orders of the waffle fries. I had gotten the spicy chicken deluxe sandwich with Colby cheese and no pickles. The service was fast and everyone in drive thru was quite pleasant.

Went through the drive through and it took 15 whole minutes just to move in the order ahead line. The regular drive through line went through within 2 minutes.

my food is literally ALWAYS nasty. their fries are constantly hard as chips. their bread for sandwiches always seems stale & they out chicken patties full of gristle. i avoid coming here at all cost. i can say all their staff is great though

I have a service dog who I bring with me everywhere. The lady who took my order, her name was Kim P. who was ironically a trainer asked me twice to remove my dog from the restaurant even though he is a service dog. I am completely disappointed with the service I was given.
Ordered Chick-fil-A delivery to IU Health Fishers and made the rookie mistake of not checking the bag. No Chick-fil-A sauce… basically a crime. I called Sean and this hero offered to come back with the sauce. Five stars for saving lunch.

The place itself is very nice and the food is ok my fries were cold however when talking to staff jailyn was very impatient and rude she was being very passive aggressive during the whole situation and it just wasn’t like any interaction i’ve had with a chickfila worker everyone else was kind and served me with what I asked.
