I've been here several times now, each time frustrated and I can't figure out how the drive thru gets way more priority and speed than inside orders. 11 minutes last time after ordering, and only 3 total people in the restaurant as customers. I like Chick but this one is strange... Highly fixable. Just because I'm inside doesn't mean I didn't want to get and go.

Update: the play area is not open anymore. And when able use the Mobile Thru for an easy, quick drive thru experience.This is our go to place when our daughter needs to get some energy out in the play area. Food is always fresh and timely. Very friendly staff. And good families, so far, that our daughter enjoys playing with.

I used the mobile order app prior to arriving and the mobile line was 15 minutes plus sitting then when I got up there, they said they didn’t have my order for the portion that was my rewards so I had to replace the order. I then sat in the reserve spot waiting for another 30 minutes and had to get out of my car and walk into the drive-through to get any Worker to help me. The manager Jasmine Knoll ignored the fact that I was sitting there for 30 minutes although she told me to wait there and they said that I didn’t do it right on the mobile order because I didn’t indicate a parking spot order. Well waiting I tried to call the phone number for the Chick-fil-A olio Road and nobody would pick up.
Food was done quickly, everything tasted very fresh and the service was great as always!Kid-friendliness: So kid friendly! Kids meals, acceptable place for kids to talk and laugh
Wow! Lisa (curly hair, beautiful smile) was so attentive and sweet. I don’t know how CFA chooses their people but they made a wonderful choice with Lisa. She exudes the essence of joy and sunshine! I hope she has a blessed life. ♥️

Staff here was the worst of any Chick-fil-A I've been to. We dined in and they didn't even bring us our food. They just held our food up at the counter until we went and got it. Also we needed a drink refill and employee after employee walked by without offering to help.
