Our party of 5 was quickly seated, though there was an excess amount of water cups on the table that took up room. We received wrong sauces on our trio dip and the queso we received was completely cold. The meat in one of our entrees was also cold. Overall not terrible, though not likely to head back to this location.

The food had NO BUSINESS being this good!!! We honestly haven't been back to Chili's for over 2 years from a bad experience, the food was just ok and they served us frozen corn? They must have hired all new management and cooks because this is a whole new restaurant. Our Waitress was AMAZING! We decided to go after watching the eclipse, give them another try, and I'm so glad we did. I'm already craving it, so we will be back soon!

Very disappointing experience. We ordered medium rare steaks and got well done dry. The waitress was top notch classy and took responsibility (though it wasn’t her fault). The manager came by without any introduction. We thought he was a patron just making small talk when he asked “how’s the food”. He wasn’t dressed like a manager or wearing anything that would identify him as an employee. When we said the steaks were over cooked he said, “that’s what the waitress said”. Then we realized he was management. He never apologized or took responsibility. He simply said, “we will get new ones out”. Then he had the waitress take our plates so we didn’t get to eat anything until we got home. Glad we ordered chips. The manager literally said three sentences to us and NO apology. The least he could have done was introduce himself when he approached our table and apologize for the mistake. He never even asked if we wanted a credit or new steaks. We waited an hour for dinner then another 45 minutes for two new steaks in to go boxes.

I ordered curbside like I always do. On my way to the restaurant I get a message that it us ready which never happens. I check in at the parking spot. I wait 15 minutes an nothing happens. Restaurant isn't busy, no other curbside customers were there. I then go inside to the pick up spot. I waited another 20 minutes and was not even talked to. My food was ready 40 minutes prior to that. They finally come to me and then give me the food. My food was cold because they let it sit their for 40 minutes. Poor management and customer service. Food always tastes great but a bad experience.

A little dirty at times but family friendly. A decent variety on their menu and affordable prices. Food is not bad and the service is usually at least okay. I'll probably be back someday.

The place was packed and service was fast! We just sat at the bar after a day of painting at home. Nice break in our day.

The Noblesville Chili's had quick, friendly service and fresh food during my visit. Highly recommend going during lunchtime if it's your first time going to a Chili's.

I have been a member of Chili's reward program for many years. Since my birthday was this month I received a free dessert to be redeemed within a week. Yesterday was my last day. I had intended to go to the Carmel location and checked it out prior to attending a movie at nearby Regal. The Carmel location is PERMANENTLY CLOSED! while I'm not shocked, as the times I have gone had not been busy, I was disappointed to see a another restaurant close that has been in Carmel as long as I have (I still miss Don Pablo's!). So since that location is closed I drove to Noblesville. They were very busy with the majority of tables full. I had a nice server, ordered a lighter calorie dinner (since I was getting dessert) which was a grilled chicken salad. It was very good, I got a $4 classic margarita (ok...) and then I received the chocolate chip cookie in a small skillet with a scoop of ice cream on top (it was fair; not terribly flavorful) which was free. I would go back again, however doubtfully will since it's pretty far away.
