This location is an absolute wreck! The prep area was a complete mess, the trash was completely overflowing with customers just setting trash everywhere, they had no chips available, entire place was disgusting. Might be time for a management overhaul.

Ordered a to go order and they left out my kids meal. They put the box in the bag, with a single serving of rice. Nothing else that was in the order. Wouldn’t answer phones either so we weren’t even able to get a refund.

I love chipotle just not this location. The service is abysmal. I had an online order it wasn’t ready for 20 minutes past the promised time. The quality wasn’t the same as other locations I’ve been to.

I went to 2 other locations nearby to get hard tacos but neither had them.
I then drove farther to this 3rd location hoping to get them but they also were out HOWEVER they made 3 fresh for me and were so sweet and helpful and even tho they were close to closing they went out of their way to make sure I got what I traveled to get👏🏼👏🏼

This place is a mess. Super slow, only one person working and 3 sitting around. Food service counter looks like it hadn't been cleaned all day. Beef was chewy and the chips were completely stale. On the bright side, the ones person serving food was very polite and had a positive attitude.

The store seems to be a revolving door of employees. As a manager myself I highly recommend whoever is managing this place stops putting a new person on the line alone with 5+ customers waiting to order food. Help the person out instead of making everyone wait 5+ minutes for a single burrito to be made. I was here the other week at 8pm as well, 2 hours before close, and they were out of chips, guac, and queso. There are 8 people there but 1 new hire who can barely wrap a burrito is expected to assist a line of 6 customers with no help. Awful management clearly. I feel bad for every new hire I’m sure it is extremely stressful getting no help and I can see why it would be a revolving door.

This place was awesome for a while when it opened. Amazing how quickly it went to total crap. Portions are horrible and the people working there now could care less. Maybe try giving me more than a couple nuggets of chicken and not dumping a gallon of sour cream and hot sauce in my bowl. Never returning

Went there as we had a free chips and side, and a gift card. Weren't allowed the chips as was told we had to order online and that would take 15-20 minutes. There was only 1 online order sitting in the pickup window and only 1 person in front of us in line. And then they couldn't get our gift card to work so we had to pay for our order as well. People were friendly and good was good but management needs to do something. Horrible procedures and maybe training of what seemed, good employees!

when i went most tables were clean but it took a while to order as they were doing something in the back while another dude was measuring the temps of the foods. not a big deal, but when ordering i asked for no queso and the cashier ended up charging all three bowls for queso. before payment, i told her that we didnt get queso and she firmly responded, “there was queso on all three bowls”. like girl do you think i dont know MY OWN ORDER. UGHHHHHHH. and then we ended up getting a refund for one queso, should be two but i guess they could only do the higher priced side instead of both…. so they refunded us FOR LESS than they should have. gave slightly more than most chipotles tho (good portions).

update- we went again and this time customer service was way better and everyone was nice. so ig it was just that one time
