Just left Cinnaholic and there was no one working. We waited 10 more minutes and still no employee's. I was really looking forward to a cinnamon roll😓

Wow customer service! So sweet and helpful. I asked for GF, and they have a healthy option of putting any of their many toppings on a sliced banana! I was all for it and she recommended creme brulei icing. I added caramel sauce and marshmellows, lol. Yes, i should have opted for berries, but i had them for breakfast. Since i was splitting it with my daughter, it was fine. Missing 1 star because i would have liked a small table nearby. They have an extensive menu including cookie dough and fruit. They have very large rolls for big gatherings as well as individual rolls. We purchased 2 coffees to chase it all down, and they were 3.00 a piece but included any flavor syrup and almond milk or oat. Our total bill was 11.54 before the tip, very reasonable. PLEASE shop in this little cafe so they can stay! Its so nice on our mother-daughter outing. Lord bless them.

An email was sent out from
Cinnaholic stating that each guest could receive a $2 old school cinnamon bun today. Myself, spouse, and daughter went it and the lady working spoke no English and would not serve the 3 of us the deal. She stated (in a translator on her phone) that it was one per family- the email CLEARLY stated one per guest. She was not nice and would not fulfill the offer they advertised in the email that the store sent out. This is not my first time receiving bad customer service at cinnaholic.

This location hasn’t been here very long, but it is a small location that has great customer service and their food. Taste exactly how it should… As a DoorDash driver, you can see companies at the best and their worst and this company treats everyone the same or at least at this location… It’s an enjoyable place to pick up an order as well as an enjoyable place to bring my kids and eat

I love this place!! I’ve never had a problem with any of my orders, and with a dairy allergy….i can have everything in this restaurant! I’m so excited to have found this a couple years ago :)

Lady sat behind the counter didn’t even welcome us . She then proceeded to sit there for 5 minutes.when she finally went to us she told us it was going to be at least 30 minutes before we get are order as she pulls out at least 20 cinnamon rolls from the oven with another 20 in the heater.so over all DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE

The place is a joke. Nowhere to sit, and way overpriced.
Not worth it at all.
A single donut is like $6 to$9. lol

For over $30 of cinnamon rolls I would expect more toppi gs than that. Barely anything on them. Service was great. Girls were nice and friendly. Should have looked at them before leaving the store.

Daniel was incredibly helpful since it was my first time to visit the store. Bought some for my co workers at St. Vincent Fisher’s hospital and they all enjoyed and loved how good tasting it was.

The staff was ok. Seemed they were in a hurry to get me out of there. They missed items I asked for and had to do a second transaction. For the price, we were disappointed about the portions. It was good though. Unique flavor combinations.

First time being here! The two workers were absolutely incredible! They help me create my own. I started off with coffee frosting, cookie count and Reese’s cups on top, and covered with fresh peanut butter icing! Sugar rush and DELICIOUS!!! Really cool idea!

Vegan food isn't always health food as we know but when you just need a hot, gooey cinnamon roll (I always go Old Skool), this place...yes yes yes. Even my non-vegan family members love them. I am pretending I don't know there is one in a nearby suburb outside Chicago because it's more special to enjoy with family in Indy. It's a tradition now!
