I love this place , some of the best ice cream I’ve ever had in my life and the staff that helped me was outstanding. The lady that runs the place is just a ball of energy and very likable. I’ll be going backoften.

I came in for just one scoop, but Cold Stone said, “Nah, you need a full-blown life-changing experience.” And they were right. The ice cream was so smooth, so creamy, I briefly considered quitting my job to become a full-time taste tester.

The mix-ins? Absolute perfection. Whoever thought of smashing brownies and cookie dough into ice cream deserves a Nobel Prize. The staff even put on a little show while mixing it—like

Service was horrible. I’ve been here before and they always have great ice cream and such. But I went there with my bf yesterday night at 7pm 12/7/24 for a sweet treat and he’s never been there before. There were a couple teenagers working a young girl with brown hair and a young man with dark hair. I was super nice asking about their day etc trying to cheer them up giving them the benefit of the doubt. But they were very rude and I don’t know why.

Great quality, and an awesome collection. Customer service is zero!
associates there who make and present the ice cream for you, lack common sense. They know nothing about what they are offering and I got confused about how I can order with them not knowing anything.
Even when my order was done, she just left it on the table and went inside... She did not bother telling me "Your order is ready" or at least "here you go..."

I did not say anything, I did not get angry or upset at all. I just thought maybe lack of training and maybe she is young and inexperienced made her act like that. Oh well...

We stopped by Cold Stone after a movie at Emagine. The service was great. The employees were friendly, knowledgeable, and quick. We enjoyed our ice cream and conversation. We’ll be back!

Parking: Location is on street with no parking by store. Had to park in a very busy lot and walk a long way which was somewhat difficult due to having a disability. Will try to find another CSC location with closer parking next time.

I get that phones are just the standard now but, the two girls made one of our ice creams wrong. I was going to mention it but she literally got her phone out and was texting before we even paid. After the total was given there was no further communication. No thank you, have a good night, nothing. We werent even there as soon as our total was sent to the card reader. Quite unfortunate. Do better.

It is 8:41pm on a Saturday night and Google says they’re open until 10pm (I assumed 9p) but doors are locked and lights are off. What a letdown.

Me, my friend, and my mom all got ice cream to go. When my mom came back with the ice cream me and my friend didn't even get the cookie dough bits in it, and we got peanut butter and caramel instead of vanilla. Also, when my mom was in the store, the employees went in the back without saying anything and started laughing, like they knew they messed up our order. We didn't even eat our ice cream. Horrible experience, not going back anytime soon.

Been going here for years, and have never had a bad experience. Despite this being a chain ice cream shop, this particular location never really feels like that. It’s been owned by the same people for as long as I can remember, and the owners often work directly as employees on certain days of the week (though that has been less frequent lately, since they might be retiring)The ice cream is delicious, and they have a fantastic dairy-free ice cream that tastes too good to believe it’s not dairy. Their cake batter ice creams are also something special. Also, the ice cream’s texture is a bit unusual. Very smooth and slightly stretchy. Prices are reasonable too. Great place.

Ordered 8 in round heath ice cream cake for hubbys birthday and it has no mix ins. The cake is 33$, this is ridiculous. Don’t waste your money. This location always skimps on mix ins and since I couldn’t be there to watch them make the cake they thought it would be fine to just skip them all together. Better off just making your own cake with ice cream and toppings dumped on top. ???
