Ordered a pizza a couple months ago- got the wrong pizza. This has happened the last 3-4 times we order and we usually catch the mistake. Our fault for not checking before driver left this time. Tried calling Dominos for over an hour. Finally had to go to the store and just asked for money back. No apology or anything. Tonight we decided to give them another chance. VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! I am NOT happy! We spent over $3,000 at THIS EXACT LOCAL CHAIN in 2021. Pretty close to $1000 so far this year… Tried to place my order on the app like we always do, got a message saying “Checkout failed”, so I try another card, same message… I KNOW I have money.. So I call the # it gave me on the error message.. i confirmed and It’s this location in Noblesville - A lady told me she’s going to check if my order actually went through before...read full review
