Used to love Handels until I dealt with a rude employee named Diego.
My husband and I visit every Sunday evening to try something new which has been so fun. They have amazing options and the staff is always so nice and friendly. They’re fast too which is great because we go even when it’s cold and they don’t offer indoor seating. My favorite flavor is Spouse like a House or Coffee Chocolate chip. My husband prefers Graham Central Station or a hurricane.

Can never go wrong with Handel's. The best ice cream you'll find.
The best part of a business is customer service. My children were so excited to be there. The young man that helped us was not inviting, I watched him as he ate some of the toppings, he kept wiping his face with his hands, and he put our spoon on the counter top where everyone hands and arms reside; I asked him for new ones and his attitude was very nasty. The look on my children’s faces broke my heart as they knew something was wrong. I was embarrassed. My oldest asked me if something was wrong with the guy serving us. The energy was off and it gave me a feeling of our business was not wanted there. Not all of the employees are like this as I overheard how inviting and nice they were but this guy ruined our experience to a point that WE WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE and your employees need better hygiene practices.

It’s also nearly impossible to get angry with the customer service as it’s typically a first time job for their staff.

Me and my family were passing by Noblesville to head back to Muncie, and decided to stop for some ice cream. Got a pineapple sherbet and enjoyed every bit of it. Can’t get quality like this anywhere in Muncie!

Absolute best ice cream, anywhere. Always go for the deep dish apple pie in season! Otherwise, it’s typically a hot fudge sundae made with either coffee chocolate chip or the chocolate peanut butter brownie ice cream!
