Always my favorite place and my kiddos, but today we call to make a order and the person that answer the phone state he don’t warranty the ice cream that I consumed before was dairy free . I was like what??? , been buying ice cream and never any reaction and just call because want to know what flavor they have today. The call was made at 2:58 pm.Hope the employees be aware about how they will manage allergies and the importance of give the right information to clients.Again, never ever have a reaction after eating there dairy free products and always my best choice for Ice cream, just the employee was not helpful.

It was my first time but definitely won't be the last time.I wanted a smoothie but couldn't find a place on my way to work. I had passed this place several times but hadn't stopped by. I decided to go today. No smoothies, so I got a banana milkshakes. It was delicious ? I can't wait to get another one.

There was parking for people with disabilities.At the serving window, I was greeted by the staff with a warm welcome.I purchased two different types of sherbert. Simply put, amazing! There was parking for people with disabilities.At the serving window, I was greeted by the staff with a warm welcome.I purchased two different types of sherbert. Simply put, amazing! Quality of product, customer service and low wait time is what stood out in this visit. We stopped around 9:30, 1 other family there in front of us, and we quickly ordered our assortment of ice creams. I opted for a waffle cone and Graham Central Station, it was fresh, smooth and delicious! This was recommended by the girl that took our order, and she was spot on, suggesting a great ice cream. We also had a chocolate hurricane with Reese's cup, the only downside is they won't make it with chocolate ice cream, they use vanilla ice and chocolate syrup, just not the same. Not sure why, but they wouldn't, yet it was still good. And we also got two chocolate milk shakes. Overall great location, very clean and plenty of space. Ice cream was full of flavor and hit the spot!

Honestly; the worst customer service. If it wasn't for an evening shift manager name Brayden I would have given this establishment a 1 star. I suggest taking your hard earned money someplace where you are respected. I placed an order for p/u, I arrived to get my order the young lady lied and stated the order never came through; then when I showed her the receipt she changed it to the order has been picked up. The truth; it was late and she simply didn't want to dip 4 pints of ice-cream. I would have respected the truth. Then the management avoided my calls. Thanks Brayden for your kindness in rectifying the situation.Extremely professional , such a lost art.

We LOVE handles! It is 100% worth standing in line for 20 mins in 20° weather for. The mint chocolate chip is my absolute favorite. And next up would be the Graham central station. Love it!

It was disappointing visit tonight. There was a pretty long line which can be expected this time of the year. We had to wait 40 minutes to get our ice cream. When we got there they were 4 people taking orders then all the sudden there was only 1 person taking orders. There was one employee swifting/ mopping the floors and others walking around in the back while the line was pretty long. Some people got tired of waiting and left. Although I feel your Ice cream is the best. You need to work on your customer service.
