Its nice and clean inside. We met up with family here before shopping. I had the Caramel bubble milk tea with Conjac Boba and my wife had the Oreo tornado milk shake. Both were delicious.

I really like the location, even though parking for pick-up can be tricky—but I don’t mind the extra walk :). My main concern is consistency with orders. I’ve ordered the same drink and size multiple times but received it in three different cup sizes with noticeable differences in volume, even though the price was the same. On one occasion, regular milk was substituted for almond milk, which could be dangerous for some individuals.

If I could give this store a 0 I would, first of they have doughnuts but they have them sell them in the store, second I order from here try to give my rewards number but said they would not do rewards if you pay cash (which I don’t understand why not) every other store doesn’t care if you pay cash or card if your a loyalty customer they take your account number for rewards and third of tried to buy 3 drinks was $26 I only had cash with me which was a $100 bill and said he can’t take it but doesn’t have any sings at the door that say so…. I am sorry but this was ridiculous and made me look bad and embarrassed money is money but it’s ok if they don’t want it, we usually come here 2-3 times a month and spend $40 each time we come paid with cash before but definitely not going to come back so lame 😒

I love harmony😍😍😍the employes offered to take orders and the employes so friendly. I ordered the Strawberry & lime tea and it was great. Ordered it with 50% sugar and it was the perfect level of sweetness..

I usually like this brand, but my recent experience at this location left me frustrated. A tip was automatically added to my order, and I didn't even notice it until the final confirmation screen flashed by quickly. The person with me also did not see a screen to add or remove a tip. I don’t appreciate these sneaky tipping practices without clear visibility of all charges.

If I have to drive to a place, park, walk in, order from a kiosk, pay at the kiosk, interact with no one, and then retrieve my own drink from the counter, I should be the one getting tipped. I won’t be returning to this location, and I’ll be extra cautious reviewing my purchases at other Harmony locations if this is how they now operate.

The machines that are used to order had many errors and stopped working entirely, the worker eventually let us order at the front after he tried to fix the machine and failed. I ordered a peach oolong tea with 0 sugar, my father ordered an avocado shake, and my sister ordered some strawberry thing. My drink was missing the milk and both looked and tasted like a FANTA. It was really sweet, and even my father and mother, who I had taste it said it was sweet. My father's shake was not a shake it was just avocado MILK. This is not McDonald's with 15 year old staff. These people took 20 mins to make this and it is obvious that no effort was put into it. I will not come here again.

I love this place!!!!!!!!!!! The drinks are amazing!!!! I love the cheese foam an my daughter loves the milk foam!!!! The fact that you can change the sweetness level is amazing because my daughter likes to get her drinks sweet while I prefer a not so sweet drink. I love the different kinds of music the play. The place just has a vibe and I like it!!!!!!

Vegetarian options: The poke bowls can be vergitarian if you get them without meat

Awful, 8 dollars for watery matcha. The lychee popping Boba tastes like brown sugar. The Boba sticks to your teeth. Asked for no Boba and still got it.

Visited this place from Chicago. Solid boba place. Pick up mango milk tea with tapioca and mango slush with boba. Both very good. Bravo!
