Absolutely DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Unless you want to be disappointed and frustrated! They forgot something in my order, called immediately after delivery, then Blake, the manager, said it would be here shortly. Fast forward one hour later… nothing. So, I call again. Blake answered and said it should’ve been delivered. Well, it wasn’t! He said it must be the driver’s fault. He then said he could comp the order and bring the item, but the driver is now busy taking cheese to a different store. I say, okay, but I still find this a bit unreasonable. Fast forward 30 more minutes. Nothing. Then, I get a call. It’s Blake again. He said the district manager said the meal could not be comped, but they could deliver the item without delivery fee and would bring a receipt to clear any confusion. Now I am more frustrated because why would you offer to comp it if you didn’t know you could for sure do that? Then, much later, a driver brings JUST a receipt, no missing item. ???? The driver asks what’s missing and we tell him, then he says he’ll bring it (STILL NOT HERE). My husband calls Blake and Blake says he said to me that they could bring the receipt OR the item (NOT what was said). Why is there NO communication between the MANAGER and the driver? Now, we are waiting for the district manager to call us to figure this out. It has been FOUR HOURS SINCE I ORDERED. Blake seems to tell everyone something different and only seems to be covering himself! I will be reaching out to corporate/the owner, I will be telling every single person I know to NOT go here, I will spread the message on social media, etc. I have spent my entire night dealing with the incompetency of this establishment. Oh, and to top it off, our pizza came cold! My husband called again because Blake said the district manager would call in 30 minutes and didn’t. The guy who answered said he’s under Blake and Blake is gone. My husband said I need to speak to the district manager NOW. The guy said it’s already 9 pm and they’ll call tomorrow. Okay but we’ve been sitting here WAITING for the district manager to call because that’s what Blake said. My husband said he didn’t believe him because everyone else has lied to him. Then the guy says, “It’s fine, bruh.” What?! I shouldn’t have to call 4+ times to get an issue fixed. This is the WORST establishment I have EVER ordered from. I wish I could give ZERO stars. I have so much time on my hands and I will be using ALL of it to deter people from going to this establishment.

I usually am not one to leave bad reviews but tonight I ordered a pizza and it took almost 2 and a half hours to get here. I called a little over an hour after I ordered it and they said it would be here any minute. After waiting for another 30 minutes I walked past my front door and saw that my pizza had just been left on my porch. No knock or anything so I have no clue how long it was sitting out there and when I went to eat it it was cold.
I arrived to pickup my order, and they forgot my stix - BUT instead of informing me, they just made me wait there at the counter for another 15 minutes. Next time, communicate and apologize. Gave an extra star because the pizza slaps
Every time I've eaten here I've gotten violently sick. Update I emailed them and they never responded goes to show how much customer satisfaction matters at this location

Typically people only go on to leave reviews when they’ve had a bad experience. After a disappointing last attempt here, this team just crushed it this time. Fresh food. Right order. Perfectly cooked. And arrived right in the 30 minute window they gave on the phone for delivery. Will definitely keep going back!

Delicious pizza and bread sticks! We got a plain cheese and a sausage pizza, my husband and I were delighted in both! Very flavorful, nice thickness of crust. The sticks were soft and the side of dipping cheese was perfection.

While HotBox has a reputation for great tasting pizza - our limited experience with this location was less than satisfying. Placed a pickup order online and had to wait an extra 20 minutes in-store to finally get it. As you can see in the photo - the toppings on the pizza are not very well distributed - only the 4 slices in the center were really covered. For $20/pie, I would hope the quality would be better.

Tonight we ordered hotbox deal box and was expected to show up At 630-650. Our pizza salad, and breadsticks arrived at 730. I had called and they were nice enough to add another order of breadsticks and nacho sauce. Once we gout our order we found no sauces and again called. We were told that they would run them right back out and no such luck. We were excited for the breadsticks and were waiting for the sauce to arrive. They never came back and all the sticks became cold and weren’t eaten. We emailed them and never heard back. After 3 calls 4 hours of dealing with them and no refund, no offer to help, and no call back is terrible customer service. We had a similar issue several months ago and was why we stopped ordering from them. Thought it would have been resolved. Hope they get things turned around and focus back on quality service

Wonderful staff, quick service and some great pizza. ? Seth is a pretty great manager and very helpful.
Vegetarian options: Any salads can be custom ordered and pies can be made without cheese or with it and heavy veggie styled however you like.
Dietary restrictions: They have hippie crust that is multi-grain and gluten free which has no gluten if you need that for any dietary issues and can request no cheese if you just want veggies on your pie. And salads that you can special order too. They are very helpful if you have any allergies too about cutting the pizzas with separate cutters which awesome.
Kid-friendliness: The have crayons and coloring pages and the kids coloring pages have been hung up and tv to watch while you eat. Also the windows seems to be fun for my granddaughter.

We ordered a big family deal for delivery. A couple items were missing from our order. I didn't catch it with the driver, so I called the store immediately and told them we were missing them. After a half hour of waiting, I called again. Was told they hadn't even left with them yet. Called a second time a half hour later and was told that the driver was out delivering but didn't know when they would be delivering it. Offered to call the driver.
This is unacceptable. It took over an hour and a half from the time we called to when we first called and when we got our missing items. Fixing a mistake your mistake should not be something you tack on to the end of the delivery route. It should be your highest priority.
And to ownership and management: You're ultimately responsible for what goes on. Stop hiding behind your employees and blaming short staff or untrained staff because both of those are your responsibility. There were solutions that could have been offered that would have prevented this from getting this bad. None were even considered.
