Always enjoy dining at Houlihans. With Open Table my table has been ready at the reservation time. It was a warm evening so we went for handhelds before the Keith Urban concert. Everything went well.

.My wife had the salmon and it was prepared perfectly. It was flaky and flavorful. I had the prime rib and it was very tender. I believe this is a new menu item and one I was glad to see., It was very delicious and the serving size (12 oz) was perfect. Also a new menu item, the loaded potato soufflé was another great addition to the menu. I highly recommend this side. All in all we loved the location and typically sit in the bar to watch the shoppers outside.

I ordered medium rare prime rib for Mother’s Day and it was beyond overcooked to the point where it was tough to chew. Very disappointing.

We were celebrating a birthday with delicious cocktails and food. The generous portion of lobster mac and cheese was enjoyable. The pot roast was cooked to perfection. The desserts were a perfect ending to the meals.

Really wonderful Easter menu, great service. Several people there wished us Happy Easter and even gave us a card.

What stood out was that the wall by the booth area on the north side of the restaurant needs to be dusted and the wall cleaned. There were gnats flying around disturbing us as we ate. The rail by the booth is dusty and noticeable dried wet spots on the wall. These are items that should be corrected immediately.

My only concern this time is that we tried the prime rib egg rolls for the first time and they looked nothing like the photo on the promo card on the table. They were very greasy. Not crispy like egg rolls should be, and the inside of the egg rolls were stuffed with food that barely looked edible or cooked for that matter. We each tried one. They tasted alright with the horseradish sauce but truly a disappointment and the first thing I've ever had at this place that was un-appealing to look at or texture-wise either.
