Disappointed... love Jaggers, but tonight the fries were off. We were served ones with small pieces, which we sent back. All of the fries barely had any seasoning. Afterwards we commented that the fries were different here than others, and were told it may have been since it was end of day and they were running low on seasoning. He said we could have ordered with extra seasoning. No apology and no offer for refund or gift cards. Doubt we will be back to this lication.
There is no fast food place like Jaggers. I don't even like tater tots that much but could eat about 12 pounds of them as long as they were from Jaggers. I love that they offer Hi-C Orange. Their burgers are excellent and juicy. Their chicken tenders are flavorful and their sauces (especially the honey mustard) always hit the spot.

Food was ok. My chicken was cold and we ate at the restaurant. There was ONE clean table, more than 10 dirty. Lots of people and very loud. Well stocked with napkins and such to self serve. Not sure if they offer free refills, too many people in line to wait. Bathroom was in decent shape. Fries are very good. Hubby said burger was pretty good. Chicken toppings were incorrectly applied and there was a big piece of grissle in the chicken. I was not at all impressed, ...
