We’ve been here multiple times before with no issues. However, this time the service was extremely slow (not freaky fast), and they got my order wrong. Kind of disappointed by this trip unfortunately. Hope they can redeem themselves next time we visit.

3rd time in a row they’ve messed up my sandwich. Really not that hard just remove the pickle and don’t toast it. It’s become a fun game seeing how else they mess up at this time. Last time instead of removing the pickle on the Cuban they removed the cheese and toasted the sandwich. Also added a TON of mustard.

Jimmy John's is great, BUT, this is a poorly run franchise. The whole point of ordering ahead is so you can give the staff time to make your food with accuracy. Placed an order four hours ahead and asked for all of the sandwiches to be cut, which they weren’t, had add-ons for two sandwiches which were not there. Essentially paid ahead of time to not get the product that we paid for.

The food is always fine… It’s an issue of the service at this particular location. The service is typically just OK… Not terrible but not great. But today I ordered loaves of bread and it would’ve been faster to order the entire sandwich. Two girls were just standing around chatting. Finally someone making sandwiches put her to work wrapping the bread. She struggled to put her gloves on then once she finally got them on, she picked up a spray bottle of cleaner and moved it, and then continued to wrap my bread. She didn’t grab enough stickers to put on the paper wrap, so she kept having to walk across the counter to get another sticker which took even more time. Someone needs to train on good customer service!

We asked for no onions on both Italian sandwiches about 20 min ago… both had onions! Ugh ! Once they are on the sandwich even taking them off, still tastes like onions. Made them to Freaky fast! 😬

Food is always good, staff have zero customer service skills. Young lady at counter just stared at me...after about 30 seconds she asked if I'm ordering something. No hello, no welcome to Jummy John's, nothing.

Good food as always. I had an online order but they didn't include any chips or cookies so I had to get it myself. Otherwise the food is really good and it was fast.

This location is awful, the service and the owner! I have emailed him a few times on how slow they are, how bad the service is and how the owner does not care whatsoever about how bad his location performs!! I stopped ordering from there over 6 months ago but was right there today and figured maybe they had gotten better. Well, that is not the case, order was incorrect and the bread was stale. Corporate should shut this fool down or force him to sell bc he is damaging the brand! Look at the reviews!!

The sub was delicious!!

Waited over an hour for delivery. Finally came and received my food, but an empty cup with no drink. Do not order from this location. They outsource their drivers with zero oversight.

This is our go to Jimmy spot. Seems like we order here at least once a week. They have really improved things recently with hiring more staff. Food is always great

How do you have one person working? There are about 20 people in here waiting for sandwiches because this place is woefully understaffed. Do better.
