We asked for no onions on both Italian sandwiches about 20 min ago… both had onions! Ugh ! Once they are on the sandwich even taking them off, still tastes like onions. Made them to Freaky fast! 😬

Food is always good, staff have zero customer service skills. Young lady at counter just stared at me...after about 30 seconds she asked if I'm ordering something. No hello, no welcome to Jummy John's, nothing.

This location is awful, the service and the owner! I have emailed him a few times on how slow they are, how bad the service is and how the owner does not care whatsoever about how bad his location performs!! I stopped ordering from there over 6 months ago but was right there today and figured maybe they had gotten better. Well, that is not the case, order was incorrect and the bread was stale. Corporate should shut this fool down or force him to sell bc he is damaging the brand! Look at the reviews!!

Waited over an hour for delivery. Finally came and received my food, but an empty cup with no drink. Do not order from this location. They outsource their drivers with zero oversight.

The absolute worst Jimmy John’s I have ever been to. I placed an online order for pickup and waited over an hour. I decided to give it another try hoping jt would be different.. and it was not. What a joke! Freaky slow & frustrating! Very poorly run.

Service is terrible. This might be the slowest “freaky fast” Jimmy John’s. We ordered online and arrived 15 min later. They never printed out the order and then they put us at the end of the line to make our meal. There was no apologies or sense of urgency.

What a joke. "Freaky Fast" is laughable. Ordered one sandwich, less than a mile away, it has been 1 hour 20 min and no sandwich. Called the store and the greeting I got was "Jimmy Johns we don't have any drivers so we are waiting for Ubers to come". Very poorly managed location. I feel bad for the workers here. 2 hours for a sandwich is = I will never order here again. Stop offering delivery AND charging a delivery fee.*Update* - I received my sandwich after 2 hours 17 minutes of waitng. was room temperature.
