Mason very polite! It has a very friendly demeanor a lot of fast food places it seems like they just want to get you in and out of there
Not so with Mason, he’s very personable. This is the kind of people I wish were managers and some of these big chain restaurants.
He is definitely an asset to KFC and I hope management sees this and keeps him in mind for a promotion.
He saved me a few dollars because I was ordering things separately and he said it’s better if you do it like this you get an extra coleslaw ! and he didn’t have to do that ! but he did And I’m very happy about it and I will be going to this KFC a lot more ! 🤩

Went into Noblesville location around 5pm today. Ordered 8 piece dinner with 2 sides, rolls, only breasts and thighs with half being extra crispy and half regular. The extra crispy tasted burnt and dried out. It went to the trash. The original was good. The side orders... mashed potatoes and coleslaw were very good. Upon putting leftovers away, noticed we only received 7 pieces of chicken. I can honestly say, every time we ordered this meal (from Westfield and now Noblesville), we have had problems with our orders. Is it carelessness, laziness, poor management or training? Don't know , but I do know i will not be returning in the near future. It not worth a 20+ minute drive for their chicken.

We paid $66 for Nashville hot chicken tenders and they gave us plain and claimed that don’t sell them even though it’s on the menu we won’t be back #false advertising and the manager was very disrespectful To me and my son

I ordered some chicken tenders and they were extremely cold not cooked properly so i called the store and the lady was super rude .She don’t care about your orders and that was the worst customer experience i ever experienced . I give this store 1 star and recommend everyone not to get your food from this KFC .

It's 12:30pm on a Friday and this location doesn't have any chicken ready. Literally none. They have asked all of the cars in the drive through to park and wait. 25 minutes later, chicken is ready. Low rating earned.

When to this KFC location tonight (Ticket #3821) order a full family meals worth of food. Told the lady at the front that I liked her style as she was making sure everything that was ordered was in the bag. Well guess what, I am missing a piece of me order. I did not get my side only order of Large Mash Potato's with Gray. That is a $5 side. I live on the other side of town, no way in hell am I diving back there.
