When to this KFC location tonight (Ticket #3821) order a full family meals worth of food. Told the lady at the front that I liked her style as she was making sure everything that was ordered was in the bag. Well guess what, I am missing a piece of me order. I did not get my side only order of Large Mash Potato's with Gray. That is a $5 side. I live on the other side of town, no way in hell am I diving back there.

Worse chicken i have ever tried to eat! Ordered the 8pc family meal. Fries good, mash good, chicken was so bad that no body would eat it after a bite or 2, mushy. Terrible, a huge waste of 33 dollars, don't know how they stay in business

Don’t get food from here.. the manager Terry was so rude to me when I picked up my order and it was wrong. I asked them when I went to pick it up was it extra crispy they said yes. So I opened it and it was original. He told me I would have to do another order and pay for it . He said he wasn’t taking a loss on my incorrect order. It was 2 pcs of chicken. He was not willing to replace my order. I said I had never heard of that before. I work in retail and we would never treat a customer like that. This is the last time I ever shop at Kentucky fried chicken.

Went through drive-thru and was told that original recipe chicken would not be available for 15 minutes, so I decided to wait. Finally got my order & left, only to find there were no napkins, fork-spoon, or honey or salt packets. Food was excellent but service was lacking.
Thanks to this place I have a stomach ache, the food looked terrible and tasted terrible!! Colonel Sanders is probably turning in his grave on what these chain of restaurants did to his famous recipe! Don’t Go Here!
Check your food! Bought a 12 pc. meal. One of the pieces (a thigh) was VERY spoiled. The smell of it was distinct and very noticeable. I should have returned it and let them know, but didn’t figure anyone there would care anyway.

Like the hours. Open till midnight. Westfield closes early. Also can’t get to Westfield’s as easily due to road detours, etc. in Westfield downtown. Friendly and easy to get to off 32. Closer imo. It’s on west side of Noblesville just as you enter edge of town. Wish all were open till midnight. I plan on coming back often to this KFC! Great job guys! ??? Mashed potatoes and gravy always good, chicken seems smaller than in stores but tasty. (I do wish they had larger chickens.)miss the green beans they all use to have! But for a quick meal, good. I buy organic chicken in grocery stores. I’m sure that would be my ideal choice but probably too expensive for a fast food restaurant. Anyway over all good!
I ordered online pick up,got there on time & there weren’t any people answering me so I just pulled over and told them I would wait for pick up. I waited so long and it wasn’t crowded that day though. I ordered xtra crispy but they didn’t have any available, so I just accepted the regular style, but the thing that I’m very disappointed about is that my gravy that I paid full price for, two bowls were only just barely filled to 1/4 of the bowl!!

7:37pm on 7/29: Pulled up to drive through and no one was in line. Sat there for about 4 minutes until I said hello and the bigger guy finally answered. Ordered an 8 piece bucket no sides. He charged me for the sides. Told him I wanted to sub the wings out with different meat he gave me the wings. Told him I wanted a couple sides of ranch no ranch. The entire time he was texting on his phone completely focused on his texting instead of me. The chicken also tasted like it was sitting on hot lamp for a while.
