I’ll preface this by saying I love hot Little Caesar’s pizza. Like most fast food places, this location appears to be woefully understaffed (I counted three employees). This has not always been the case. We ordered a couple of pizzas and breadsticks online. When we arrived at the designated pickup time, the lobby was filled with delivery drivers. The phone was ringing off the hook and no one acknowledged our arrival. I watched as our order was being assembled. One of the pizzas and the breadsticks were left cooling on a back counter as they waited for the second pizza. Only when all three items were ready (40 minutes later) did an employee place our order in their heated Pizza Portal. Will likely seek an alternative going forward. The store in our city (Westfield) closed several years ago, presumably due to mismanagement (as it too was a very busy location).

Do not waste your time. Placed our 8 pizza/5 crazy bread order 39 hours in advance for pickup. When we arrived at our scheduled pickup time, staff advised they haven’t even started the order and had “40” orders on their screen. Staff stated they didn’t know when they’d start it, and could not advise why our order wasn’t completed prior to new orders placed that day. Canceled our order and had the Fishers store compete our order in 20 minutes.

I ordered pizza from this location twice in the past week. I don't think oven is hot enough or baking time too shot. The carryout I took home needed to be finished in my oven. My second experience was a lunch special pizza I took back to work. It looked done but was undercooked and made me sick part of the day.

They need to improve service attention and speed (tide tooooooo time to deliver 1 pizza). and they need to improve hygiene because every time like a pizza I want to go to the bathroom they need a checkup and improve it is useless aa warns me when they improve pls to change my qualification I hope that the owner will place an eye to see what happens and improve the situation....

Can't really rate the food here because I've TRIED to use this place TWICE, and BOTH times I left empty handed and still hungry. Today, I waited in the drive thru line for 20 minutes only to be told their point of sale tech is down and it would be an hour wait. While wasting my time in line, I observed about three of their employees running around outside acting a fool with each other. This place sucks and I will never be back.

They literally never have any pizza it’s called hot and ready and it’s never hot or ready. Every time I go to order a single hot and ready pizza they always say it’s going to be 45 minutes to an hour every single time
You usually go to little Caesar’s for 2 reasons. 1) it’s cheap, and 2) it’s fast.
Placed an order and it gave me a pickup time in 35min…which seemed high.
Showed up 35min later and the guy at the counter asked my name. I gave it, and he went off to check. Literally waited 30 more minutes before my order was finally ready. (and he never came back to update me after taking my name).
Food was ok, but if I’m waiting an hour and paying $25 for 1 pizza and an order of crazy bread, might as well go to a “real” pizza place.

Ordered pizza over the phone and they estimated 15-20 minutes for the order, after an hour (15 minutes at the house and 45 minutes in the store I asked to speak with the manager about the rude staff and the excessive wait. The manager was able to get the order out but offered no apology or effort to correct the situation. They never have hot and ready pizzas and the food was undercooked after all that wait. I will never be back and will beg anybody to please choose another place to get their pizzas.

Will never order from this place again. Got an email saying our order was ready. Went to the store and waited 45 plus minutes for pizzas that weren’t ready. Avoid this store if you value your time and money. Horrible experience.

Decided to stop by after work (6pm) on a Thursday, for a hot-n-ready pizza and crazy bread. Walked in to a packed and disgusting waiting area. Seems two food delivery guys had been waiting about 30min, while a lady who had gone thru the drive thru, had to come inside. I waited 45min to place my order and another 45min to get food. Such disorganization - the girl behind the counter tried to give me someone else's order (2 pizzas, 2 smaller boxes, and crazy bread). I saw one guy complain when he finally got his pizzas... That had been apparently just "sitting on the back counter for 20 min". This is not what should be expected... Hot-n-ready... Hour and a half wait. ?
