Worst little Caesars, food is never fresh orders are right 3/10 times if your looking to set money on fire for fun definitely recommend if your hungry get different pizza instead Pizza Hut is on the same road your welcome!
Always a super long wait. Never have any grab and go pizzas ready.The lights are blinding, the heat is searing and any service takes forever. The store desperately needs chairs for waiting. Multiple times I've seen people sitting on the floor. This is walhat I imagine purgatory would be.

AVOID at all costs. This was my first and last time ordering from this location.
Called to order, since the website wouldn't let me order. They told me it would be ready at 7:15. I showed up at 7:15 and they said my order wouldn't be ready until 8:00. Their screen was too full to take my order. Then they told me they would rush my order ahead and it would only take 10 minutes. 30 minutes later I finally get my items. No offer of a discount or anything.
I have never been in such a dysfunctional pizza place in my life. Completely unorganized with the staff yelling at each other. Easily 10 people waiting inside and probably similar in the drive thru pickup window. The owner of this franchise needs to be in there on Friday nights to see what a mess they have on their hand.

This store is so slow I can watch the grass grow while I wait for my 1 cheese pizza and 1 order of breadsticks. The food is good, sure, but they always have the excuse that they're busy to the point customers must wait 40+ minutes for what should be an easy order. I have continuously received my food well past the pick-up window that is given when the order is submitted. This place is not worth the convenience it offers. Save yourself and go somewhere else.

Their slogan is HOT AND READY! I was here 45 minutes waiting out front. The lady came out and asked what I was waiting on. I said I had ordered 2 pizzas 45 minutes ago. She said the guy working is new and he deleted your order. She said 15 minutes and I'll bring it out to you. I sat there waiting another 20 minutes, went inside to get my pizza. They pulled it out and handed it to me. This was a few months back. Apparently I'm forgiving and decided to give them another chance. The lady was rude, and said she has to go to the front to cash me out. She said I can't take cash here! I ordered puffs and a 20oz drink. I asked what drinks they had, she closed the window. When I got my food, she rudely asked what drink I wanted, I said Dr pepper. She rudely replied with WE DONT HAVE DR PEPPER... seriously DO BETTER, BE BETTER...I know it's not high quality food, but being friendly and respectful isn't that hard!

I make my order on the phone and pay for it I get to the store and she had it in a locked oven she I told her I can't open it she said you need a pen number they did not give me a pen number she argued that did she act like I am bothering her. This is the first time ordering on the phone I will not recommend ordering here they don't know what they are doing
Genuinely some of the worst employees I've ever witnessed. These people made multiple people wait over 15 minutes for their food because they didn't feel like walking up to the counter and handing it to people. I'm not joking 15 minute wait for an order that was ready when they walked in. And they did it to 5 different people including me. Absolutely absurd behavior.

I tried to contact little Caesars to ask if I could switch my Marinara sauce for Cheese sauce, or a garlic and they hung up on me twice and was extremely rude. After waiting 10 minutes, I finally was able to get in touch with a representative and they hung up with me after I tried to explain to them what I needed. Unacceptable.
Finally, I was able to speak with an actual representative at the store through my DoorDash driver, and the lady was extremely rude and discarding about what I was trying to say. I understand that they weren’t able to do it, but she did not have to be rude about it . As someone who works in the food industry, I understand there are stuff you can’t do and stuff you can do, but there is no reason for her to be extremely rude.

I wish I could give it zero stars!! I went thru the drive up window to get crazy bread and a 20oz Pepsi. Guy took my cash and tells me to pull out front of the building. I ask where bc u already have 5 other cars parked, he said I don't know and closed the window. So I park in the parking lot and sit there for 15mins and then go inside bc I had to be somewhere. I mean how long does crazy bread take??? I asked one lady how long on the bread, she hands it to me and said no wait. I get outside and someone else's name is on it and the bread was cold and hard like it sat there all day. I went back inside and let the lady now I would like my money back. She gets the manager and the manager starts yelling at the lady about a different order, and there was about 6 of us in the store. The lady tried to explain to her what it was but she cut her off and started rambling about only having one oven. She asked what my name was and I told her he didnt take my name, so then she starts yelling at me that she is refunding my money bc they didn't take it. I told her to ask the guy what he did with my order, she finally finds it and proceeds to tell me that she can't wait to give my money to me so I can get out of the store. She was rude, disrespectful, should not be in customer service and definitely not a manager bc she can't handle things professionally. If I was little cesear I would fire her today!!!

I pulled up at the window and they ignored me didn't acknowledge me at all. I just ended up leaving . I was there maybe 5 minutes and they just didnt pay me any mind even when I tapped the horn.
Absolutely awful and will not be ordering again. At the time of me writing this it is 4:25 and the lady says it'll still be five minutes. I've been waiting here for 30 minutes for one pizza and some bread. I put this order in at 2:44 because I had somewhere to be with said food at 4:30 and now I am going to be late causing other people to be late. This is totally not acceptable as they have more than enough people here to make some pizzas. I am beyond angry about this situation. If you work here, do better.

I’ll preface this by saying I love hot Little Caesar’s pizza. Like most fast food places, this location appears to be woefully understaffed (I counted three employees). This has not always been the case. We ordered a couple of pizzas and breadsticks online. When we arrived at the designated pickup time, the lobby was filled with delivery drivers. The phone was ringing off the hook and no one acknowledged our arrival. I watched as our order was being assembled. One of the pizzas and the breadsticks were left cooling on a back counter as they waited for the second pizza. Only when all three items were ready (40 minutes later) did an employee place our order in their heated Pizza Portal. Will likely seek an alternative going forward. The store in our city (Westfield) closed several years ago, presumably due to mismanagement (as it too was a very busy location).
Do not waste your time. Placed our 8 pizza/5 crazy bread order 39 hours in advance for pickup. When we arrived at our scheduled pickup time, staff advised they haven’t even started the order and had “40” orders on their screen. Staff stated they didn’t know when they’d start it, and could not advise why our order wasn’t completed prior to new orders placed that day. Canceled our order and had the Fishers store compete our order in 20 minutes.
