Disappointing does not even describe our experience. We ordered the Triple Pepperoni Magnifico. Between the puddle of grease the pizza was sitting in and the lack of toppings, the food was just gross and overpriced.

Been living in this area for years, and can honestly say the recent change in this marcos has been refreshing. Team is always nice. Food usually always come quick and hot! One of the best ones i been to.

DON’T TRUST THIS STORE. THEY FAILED TO MAKE MY PIZZA ORDER AND HAVE KEPT MY MONEY.
On November 2, 2024 I ordered $44.32 online to be picked up at the Marcos Store on Union Chapel, Noblesville, IN in 25 minutes. When I arrived at that location the store was in chaos with customers waiting in the store and drive through. The cashier checked and then told me that it would be another 25 minutes. I waited the additional 25 minutes only to be told that my order hadn’t been started. Their response was that my order would be ready in another 45 minutes. I said that I couldn’t wait that long and needed a refund. The cashier went to the person in charge who I heard say “I don’t have time tell him we will credit his card when I get a chance”. I left. BIG MISTAKE. I have not received my refund yet 45 days later. When I called a manager named Ragan she was uncooperative and no one has called me back yet. DO NOT ORDER YOUR PIZZA FROM THIS LOCATION. DO NOT ORDER ON LINE. NEVER PREPAY.

Update. District Manager contacted me after I contacted corporate headquarters. She was very nice and professional. Hopefully the credit that she processed to my credit card goes through resolving the issue.

I usually get the The Phily XL size from them. I got a 50% discount flyer and when I used it, it seems they took 50% of the toppings also!! The taste is very different than last times. I hope next time will be better.

Raven should be fired. I ordered $48 dollars worth of food that was inedible. The crust was so thin on the large pizza you could not eat it. She knew of the problem but refused to do anything about it. I will never eat here again.

Have ordered here plenty of times, but all of a sudden the quality has dropped. We ordered a special that included a large pizza with bread sticks for $19.99. We received 4 bread sticks and they were pieces of bread and were flat and burnt tona crisp. I took their survey and was called back by a Marcos rep that was rude. This customer service rep and/or manager told me that the bread sticks only come in orders of 4. Her exact words were, "uh...we only sell bread sticks in orders of 4". Also, the pizzas seemed to be slightly undercooked. Please see attached pictures. Please check your food before you leave this store. Will not becoming back due to rude lady that I spoke with. Just admit that you're wrong.
