Good job you failure of a branch. You left out 90% of our order, sealed it up and tried to make DoorDash deal with it. What a horrible location. Guess I shouldn't expect any better from McDonalds. Wouldn't even offer me a refund for such an utter failure.
Had the most rude young lady serving us at the second drive through window at approx 8p (8:08 pm. Order #IC75) Monday 11/24. Acted annoyed when I asked for a couple Mayo packets like I asked her to move a mountain for me. She needs a lesson in customer service or even basic manners for sure.
Daily double wasn’t seasoned at all. Bun was hard.
I typically write positive reviews. This one bothers me. Unlikely to visit this location again

Ordered at drive thru and was told to pull forward and wait. We waited for a good bit and food was never brought out so I went in to see about our order. I was told our order must have been given to someone else by mistake. I was asked what we ordered and they told me they would remake it. I continued to wait inside and food never came. I reordered again and finally after 20+ minutes and reordering 3 times…. I received our order. There were other customers inside with the same issues as well. Not the first issue we’ve had at the noblesville McDonald’s on 32 by the old Big Lots, but it will be the last since we’ll never go back.

Food is hit and miss at this location, I now just order through the app so I don't wait but past few days there's been a long wait at 7 am everyday lately for some odd reason. Then 2 days ago I order my usual sausage egg n cheese McMuffin and it was just sausage. I'm pretty upset to find that out when I'm 10 minutes away already. Then today I happen to notice they are making my iced coffee and they run hlout but happen to tip the coffee container to get every last bit of coffee. I think nothing of it untill I'm drinking most of it and find something really gritty in my mouth. Spit it out onto a napkin and then look into my cup and it's coffee grounds, a whole bunch of them!! I'm wondering how are they making their coffee ?? Pictures for their attention. I'm gonna have to reach out to corporate and other sources on top of this since it can't be this bad for people who want a living wage but can't try to make it worth someone else being able to make a living eating at this location.

We placed an online order for curbside pickup yesterday, and the app quoted a 5-7 minute wait. After waiting approximately 30 minutes, my husband went inside to investigate, along with several other customers waiting for curbside service.
He waited another 15 minutes inside and only received our order after finally being able to speak directly to a staff member. The total process took about 45 minutes.
He said that the store appeared fully staffed, but it was in complete chaos—no one seemed to know what was going on, and management was clearly failing to do their job. While the food itself was decent, the service experience ensures we will never return. We visit this location maybe once a year, and every time we regret it. Corporate needs to step in and execute a complete overhaul at this location immediately.

Food was cold.. iced pumpkin latte was gross and not mixed even the fountain drink tasted off. First time I got food from here I ordered from the app and then went and got it and still waited like 20 minutes in the store. Bad even for McDonald’s standards

The screen in the drive through at this location has been broken for at least a year now. It has now progressed to the point where the entire left side shows nothing. The automated message tonight told me to go ahead with my order. When I did I was then cut off by a young lady that you could barely hear and understand. Not sure if their speaker is going bad too. She ended up getting my order wrong, but I didn't know until I received my order because I couldn't see it on the screen nor could I understand her. Fix your equipment and have the drive thru workers speak up!

I ordered a triple cheeseburger combo, asked for salt & ketchup. After I paid I immediately was told to pull up... food came out in about 6-8min. No napkins, ketchup or salt. The person who brought out the food. Told me if I wanted any of those things I should've told the cashier which I did... so I went back in and got ketchup and salt I mentioned to the staff to not send him out without atleast napkins. Then I proceeded to eat inside. Multiple were waiting on food. I proceeded to eat my fries first then my sandwich. It was room temp. No melted cheese just. Blahhh... so I approached the counter again and asked to get a hot sandwich. All along watching management drop of inside orders with barely any eye contact. Just a robotic thank you and they were gone. Customer wanting attention for whatever reason were not seen or heard. I finally recieved my sandwich and it was warm not hot. It was given to me by Supervisor Julio, who I tried to exsplain to him about my sandwich and the fact that thiers no napkins in the bag. He wasn't hearing it. He literally RAN away. He didn't want to hear anything I said. I asked a employee who he was, they said Julio he's a Supervisor i was told. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE on a upper management person. Shame on him... I was told by a employee that Julio was filling in and he's not use to working on the floor & he was stressing... BooHoo..
This says alot about McDonald's upper Management needles to say... I'll never visit this restaurant again... Thank you RYLAND for handling the situation like UPPER management fail to do...

Tonight I placed an order from the app, picked it up at the drive-thru, when I received it I asked the employee if everything was complete and he assured me that it was, when I got home I realized that 2 hamburgers were missing and this is not the first time that something like this has happened to me in this restaurant, there are always missing items and I think they are providing poor service because they are not ensuring customer satisfaction, I drive 15 minutes from my house to get to this restaurant because the ones closer to me provide worse service.
