Tonight I placed an order from the app, picked it up at the drive-thru, when I received it I asked the employee if everything was complete and he assured me that it was, when I got home I realized that 2 hamburgers were missing and this is not the first time that something like this has happened to me in this restaurant, there are always missing items and I think they are providing poor service because they are not ensuring customer satisfaction, I drive 15 minutes from my house to get to this restaurant because the ones closer to me provide worse service. I ordered chicken nuggets from this location, and there is something in my nugget. It looks like bubble gum or something, and I'm sick to my stomach. I have taken photos also.

This McDonaldâs is a disgrace on every level. Waited over 20 mins for my drive thru order. Decided to go in and demand my money back. Upon going inside, most tables were dirty, loud high schools kids were congregating throughout the dining area, most of the workers are foreigners who were difficult to communicate with. If you canât address the problem of preparing the orders more efficiently, maybe we shouldnât continue taking said orders so EVERY car that orders is guaranteed to have to park and wait 15+ mins for their âfast foodâ. Unacceptable on every level. DO BETTER. đïž

someone needs to train the damn employees in the window to CHECK THE ORDERS before giving them to the customer. i just paid for food and didnât get a single thing i ordered. i understand that i shouldâve checked my bag before leaving but i shouldnât have to. the person thatâs getting paid should make sure im getting the food i just ordered 5 seconds ago. the customer service in this mcdonalds is also nonexistent. might as well just shut the place down because i donât ever hear anything good about it. ruined my whole morning thanks.

They forgot to give my kids side fries which is the most easiest thing too forget apparently, and why serve a toddler toy when the toy is a âBoo bucketâ and charge more for it when you can just get a âBoo bucketâ at a lower price. Staff had very rude facial expression when I told them they didnât add my kids fries. Lots of flies everywhere you go, bathroom probably gets cleaned every year or two. Out of all the McDonalds in Indiana, this one is definitely the worst.
