Literally every time we go through the drive-thru they get the order wrong, so we either have to go inside or go through the line again to get everything right. It’s actually comical how bad they get it wrong. Are they even reading the orders or do they just put random food in the bags?
Today they accused my wife of trying to get free burgers when she went in to get the correct food. Management - you need to step it up, Ray Kroc is rolling in his grave!

I placed an online order through their app 10 minutes apparently prior to close. Did not alert me on the app, or send any messages before showing up. I showed slightly after midnight, and they told me I couldn’t order and receive my refund via the app. However, I can’t receive it from the app I have to call the store I ordered it from or visit in person. Now the phones won’t answer, so I have to wait till the morning for my refund. Definitely not going to this location anymore.

Normally, does pretty well. It's a brand new restaurant. Unfortunately the lobby *Design * is cold. Most McDonald's has a welcoming feel.
Vegetarian options: Across the street from Lowes hardware, Starbucks & Chipotle
Kid-friendliness: Has High chairs & bathroom
Wheelchair accessibility: Brand new sidewalks & parking. No problems inside & out

A nice change has occurred here... deleted my poor review from 5 years ago. Now....Best McDonald's in the area by far. Fries are usually solid at this location. Blows out the one on Hazel Dell by a mile.

Saturday morning, a quiet retreat, We left the teens in their warm beds of sleep. Golden sun streamed through the windows wide, Warming the room with a gentle light inside.
The green upholstery, soft and serene, Blended with tones of calm in between. Old country tunes from Reba and Cash, Filled the air as the moments passed.
Hot cakes and hash browns, biscuits with egg, Orange juice bright and coffee to beg. We sipped and we talked of the week that had flown, And snow that was promised to blanket our home.
A dad and his boy shared laughter and glee, Faces aglow from the tablet’s spree. Another, on FaceTime, waved to grandma with cheer, While an older man dined alone but appeared near.
The woman in a booth, content in her space, Seemed to enjoy her solitary grace. This morning was ours, simple and sweet, A perfect start, a moment complete.

Absolutely horrible. Didn't bring us our fries, brought us a SMALL fry instead of a large when we brought it to their attention, then we went through the drive through to get the right size, only to realize they didn't give me my ketchup later on. what piss poor excuse for a good establishment is this?? fire all the workers.
I love this McDonald's location. They are fast and they don't leave you standing at the counter waiting for someone to come. The food was fresh and delicious.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Ordered 2 happy meals and 2 adult meals. They forgot the sauce for nuggets and straws. Fries were hard as a rock. I did not go back and ask for replacements because I was already back on the road by the time we realized. One of the nuggets had hair on it.
