This is horrible place, I would not recommend it to my worst enemy. My Double Quarter Pounder Deluxe was missing a patty, had to ask them to fix it multiple times and it took an unbelievable amount of time. This truly ruined my day and I hope they get it together.

Just waited 15 minutes in the drive through for them to never take my order meanwhile they keep taking orders in the other line and I think to myself surly they will take this lines order next well I waited 6 cars they never switched to the other line and now all the time I had left to get breakfast is gone so I can’t even go somewhere else. This isn’t the first time this has happened at this location so I won’t be returning. 3-Feb-2025 10:00 am est

Very poor customer service am deaf and did have code and they thought it was door dasher when it wasn’t I order on the app they keep telling there wasn’t no code of it when I did gave code and finally they got the code but not the point the point is I am deaf and I did yell code few time it wasn’t door dasher so y’all got very very poor communication skills and very very highly rude

By far the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. I’ve never seen more incompetent workers in my life. If you don’t want to get the food you order come here they are great at forgetting your order!

How difficult is it to read the order and make it correctly. I order a Carmel Ice Coffee almost every morning and I always ask for 4 extra cream extra Carmel syrup and extra Carmel drizzle. I want it to be sweet. 70% of the time it taste horrible and I have to ask them to remake or add whatever. The staff will argue that they did....but based on the taste....they did not. It's so bad that I have my own caramel syrup and cream at home to add. Ultimately- I'm tired of asking them to make it right, tired of reminding the cashier to pay attention to the order specifics, I'm simply tired of paying $6 a day for a horrible experience!
In addition the last two steak bagels have been horrible with hard fat...yuck. I threw my entire sandwich in the trash today it was so gross!

I came to this location and they gave me food that was sitting out all night. My fries were cold and I asked for them to be fresh, while I was waiting I checked my nuggets and mcchicken, my nuggets were cold as well. My mcchicken bread was HARD as a rock. As I’m waiting the staff wanted to me pull up to the front of the store but the staff was also eating ice cream and nuggets while I was waiting on my food. They had no gloves on but was touching brooms and coming back to the kitchen to grab things for others. #DISAPPOINTED!

Horrible service. Ordered 2 McChickens, small fry, large sweet tea, and a 10 piece chicken nugget with large coke. The receipt on the bag was correct. Got to work and had two 4 piece nuggets, 2 small fries, and a McDouble. Only thing right was the drinks.

I waited 20 minutes after my initial purchase. It was clear the Staff were not alternating on making food for the drive through and dine-in. They were focusing on drive thru orders. The Staff was standoffish. I asked for lightly slivered onions on my Daily Double. They created a sandwich that was a hybrid of a Daily Double and McDouble. The order screen stated my order was ready for about 10 minutes before I was handed my food. It was not on the order shelf that customers can retrieve. My food was slightly above luke warm. Go to a different McDonalds or at least DO NOT dine in. You get punished for it.

If I could give a lower score I would. Literally waited for over 10 mins in line to not be acknowledged at all until anotheran behind me said something. In you're not in a car you DON'T matter there. I've worked in 9 states and this is by far the worst McDonald's service I have ever seen period. It could've been as simple as "just one moment sir we'll be with you when we can". But nothing and I mean not a single word. Just walking past those of us in the lobby as if our we didn't exist
