When you order or pick up the assistant manager speak Spanish all the time. I was there for pickup. And she asked me for the order number and I told her and then she told confirm . And I told her I want to see it first if it's correct number and she said no you need to confirm and I told her no, I'm not doing that until I see the number. And then she doesn't want to give me the orderKid-friendliness: Why they speak Spanish inside? with the customer.

Forced to use the kiosk even though a staff member was present. Seems like they were encouraging all patrons to use the kiosk for ordering and supplied a staff member to help. Even though I appreciate the effort, there needed to be at least 2 staff members to help. The staff had thick Spanish accent and was hard to understand and there may have been a slight language barrier. again I give her an A for effort, however seems like this strategy was not thought out. While using the kiosk the ingredients we wanted on our food was not there. It was confusing for and not user friendly. For instance, I wanted onion added to my sandwich, there was not an option to choose onion. I did t want the lettuce and couldn’t find how to communicate that. Once our food came it came with whatever it originally came with. We ordered water and had to ask several times for those. I spoke to at least 3 people about getting g our drinks and they just looked at me as if they didn’t understand me. I was so frustrated that had I not already paid, I would have e left and gone somewhere else.By The time they had our order correct, the food that was correct got cold and they still brought it out cold. So… we had to take our food back to the counter because it was cold. The staff behind the counter were less than friendly. I am not sure any of them could speak English or they were just being rude. Either way will never return to this location. Attention McDonald’s if this is direction your going you’ve lost a customer for life. This has to be the most frustrating experience I’ve ever had in any restaurant. You can’t make this stuff up man!

Chicken was undercooked,Burger had a hair cooked into it,10-piece nugget only had five nuggets,and the service was horrible!!!

Went through the drive thru and ordered just a bacon egg and cheese and a hash brown while they only had 3 other cars in line, and I had to pull forward, wait for 5 minutes, and when I bite into the sandwich, I see what looks like a curly hair. If I ever come back here it will be to get it inspected by a professional and expose the lousy kitchen.

I usually love going to this McDonald's cuz they make good food there we usually make it correct however lately the last five times I've gone I always get a double cheeseburger maybe even two and there's been no mustard no onion just ketchup and pickle and I do not ask it for that way. Tonight I go and I asked her extra onion Mustard Pickle and ketchup I only get extra ketchup and pickle. I don't know who is training the people on the Food line or if they just don't give a care anymore but people need to be retrained there and able to read tickets properly and make them properly you guys are wanting to raise your prices on your food then you need to have your employees make the food the way the customer orders it

Got 3 kids meals and a regular meal. All of our drinks were wrong. I tell the lady and she gets rude they forgot 1 kids meal. The other kids meal was missing all the nuggets they just gave us a empty box. Again tell the lady and she gets very rude. They are rude here and can't seem to get the orders right nor do they want to fix the mistakes they make. Won't be coming back to this location.

If you want overcooked fries and hear nothing but their employees dropping f bombs in the lobby on break then this is the place for you. Otherwise stay far away and go to any other McDonald’s in the area.
