Waited 25 mins at lunch for my delivery orders. Every person who came through the door stopped my orders to help them.Unsure why customers who have already paid receive the worst service.

Better burritos than Qxxx and Chxxxx. Staff here knows how to wrap a burrito ? . Entree comes with chips and I like the assortment of salsas.They could be more attentive, however -- They were a little slow on getting to me even though I was the only one in line.

Went here yesterday on the way home from work in the middle of the snow storm. I had to get gas At Costco and couldn't think of any places on the way home to pick up dinner and there sat Moe's. We have not been here in a long time. Everyone was super nice and friendly. My husband and I both ordered bowls and then chips and queso to go. It was good, nice change up to our usuals and also in the perfect spot so I didn't have to go out of my way to grab something. My husband tried the limited time Birria and said it was good.i got the white chicken per the ladies recommendation and it was ok. I wish the pieces were cut smaller and it had more flavor but in whole the bowl was good. The one thing about Moe's is they have all the sauces/salsas but they don't have a good hot one. The hot they offer is just sauce. I wish they had a good hot salsa like Burritos and beer or chipotle.

I love Moe's food. However, this location's service is slow. They have a drive thru that they haven't figured out how to use yet. I also had an online promo I tried to redeem, I kept getting an error, that's how I end up uninstalling these apps, they promise you something then when you try to redeem there's always some type of error, they tell you to put whatever you want in the cart then apply the code, then when you try to apply the code it's a error. Ok, keep having an error you are going to be uninstalled.

I'm a huge fan of their salsa. And they make a great burrito bowl as well. I love that they have freshly chopped jalapeños. Never thought I shouldn't have it, big fan of the Coke Freestyle to get a Coke with lime.

New management! Everything is awesome now ?Fresh food made well and without skimping on ingredients like some of those other burrito places. So glad our closest location is good again.
It’s 7:45pm on Sunday and the doors are locked. Hours on the door and online say open until 9:00pm, and the guy behind the counter looked up at me and then acted like I wasn’t there. It is -2 degrees outside right now. I was looking forward to trying this location, but with this kind of service, I’ll be going elsewhere tonight.

We had a fajita bar catered for a birthday party for ten people. The food was delicious, delivered on time and set up by the very professional, proficient, and personable Jeremy! Absolutely recommend Moe's catering. Loved it.

We love Moe's and am sad they are closing more stores but we were glad to see this one open. We walked in and was greeted and we placed our order. The food tasted great and the portion size was excellent. I got The Stack with steak. The add ins were fresh. The restaurant was clean and decorated for the holiday season. While we were eating we noticed a family come in. They waited to order but the two workers were no where to be found. The family left. About two minutes later the same thing happened with another group of people. The workers were gone for probably 5-7 minutes missing out on about 7 total people/orders. I used the restroom and it was clean. We will return but it's a 30 minute drive so not often.
