The food was not so good, it was not very hot just Luke warm when I got home and it took me about 5 minutes to get home. The rolls were pretty good I was supposed to spend 20 on my meal but received a 5 dollar off promotion until tomorrow so I took advantage of it. Once I picked up my food after paying 17 bucks still I was told they couldn't give me a complimentary garlic butter and it would cost. I asked for two and paid I believe 3.93.Once home the baked potato was so bland I never had a potato so dry usually restraunts have good ones. My shrimp about four of them were salty and the fish were nuggets not as pictured as fillers were so thin and fell apart. I was not impressed by this meal and I will not return.

I go out need every Sunday with my girlfriend and my granddaughter and her boyfriend. The only time we have time to get together because of our schedule s. They were not busy at all immediately but it took 15 minutes for a waiter to show up, he took our drink order s and 15 minutes later brought our drinks but no roles which is that is where they are famous for. We asked him about the rolls and he said they were in the oven. In 20 minutes later John brought our food and again no rolls. We ordered their potato soup which is really good but it was cold so they had to go back in microwave. it. My granddaughter's boyfriend's fries were cold we finally got some rolls. And when we asked for more they said they were out. Haven't been there in like 5 years. I'm 65 years old and I will not go there again in my lifetime terrible service.

First time going to the Noblesville o'charley's. While the server was nice and the food wasn't too long delayed, though there were few people in the restaurant, I can certainly see why this restaurant chain is disappearing. The decor and furniture haven't been kept up. The food is consistently underwhelming, and the portions keep getting smaller. "Steak" cooked wrong, fries soggy, etc.One thing I can say is that the rolls were at least warm and proofed correctly.

We went to O'C's in Noblesville for an early Mother's Day lunch with my in-laws. Our waiteess/server, Jada, was top notch; very pleasant, menu knowledgeable and prompt. Our food and drinks were very good. All in all, a very nice get together!

We didn't have to wait long since it was lunch time. I had blackened Salmon. It was moist, not over cooked. It's been that way every time. Our waiter checked back several times to see if we needed anything. Good service. Good food.

We have frequented this location several times and I feel like the service and quality of food has progressively declined. For starters I asked to sample the lobster bisque soup and that idea was immediately rejected. Really O'Chux? You cannot spare a ramekin of soup? Our food took entirely too long to get to the table, especially since we came in at 4pm before the dinner rush. The cheese wedges we ordered were barely cooked. So much so that they were limp. Also the potato soup was extremely runny and watered down. Our server was brand new but tried very hard and was super friendly. The manager however was visible in the dining room but never came to ask how our experience was. In fact I never noticed her visit with any guests. For spending $90, and being a former employee of the company, I was very disappointed. You can do better, O'Charleys.

We sat on the bar area, and the service was good and prompt. My wife and I had variations on the chicken tenders, which was slightly dry but tasted great. It was between lunch and dinner time, so slightly dry was expected. The ribs and stake were awesome and cooked as ordered. Some restaurants have stopped serving beer on tap beer. I am happy to see O'Charley's is still selling beer on tap.Overall, it was an awesome experience!

We had a nice and pleasant visit.Sitting in the bar area on a Sunday afternoon is risky, sometimes, but we didn’t have any problems with too much noise. Service was, also, good. Overall, just a good choice.Thanks.

Overall it was good, no major complaints. The rolls were good but not Texas Roadhouse good. Their chicken tenders were pretty good though. Atmosphere feels like it is trying too hard to look fancy to me though.

A craving for hot rolls is what led me and my son to O'Charley's. Our tried and true location in Fishers has permanently closed, so we drove the extra miles to the Noblesville location. After just one forkful of salad touching his tongue, he spat it out in his napkin. The blue cheese dressing had a disgusting taste. He had to remind the waitress that he had ordered cheddar soup. When it was placed on the table we noted the consistency was extremely watery. Having ordered it several times at the Fisher's location, we knew it was "off". He did not eat any of it.The meal he ordered came with two sides, one being the salad. Not only was it not eaten, he was charged extra for it. There was trash on the floor at a booth across from us. Not cleaned up after the diner had finished their meal. Needless to say, we will not be returning to this location. Btw: the hot rolls WERE satisfying.

Stacey in the bar area was a wonderful waitress. She made the whole experience pleasent. The food was also cooked perfectly! We left in a complete food coma I would give it 10 stars if I was able to.

Party of five we went there today for a luncheon and it was by far not the best experience. Long wait to be seated even though they were not busy and our party of 5 were the only ones there waiting except for a group of 4 in front of us.1st round of drinks way before food was delivered and almost went completely through the drinks. very dry rolls and no additional refills the entire meal. The tables all had tons of food crumbs packed in the visual seams along the top of the table. All food was barely warm and the ham and cheese deli sandwich was extremely dry. The meat looked as if it came from a pre-packaged container you could buy from a grocery store but worse. The tomato single was at the end and very dry. The sandwich definitely needed to be fresh and remade to the standards. The soup was good after making the soup correct after the wrong soup the first time.Staffing all busy with tearing down decorations and the hostess constantly flipping her long braid around with her hand then touching the guests plates that were all still dripping wet. The waitress was very polite and took time for us to listen to our orders. She never came around automatically again to refill any of our drinks for the meals that were late delivered. The overall place looked dirty and unkept.Hopefully the restaurant can take all of these items into consideration and make adjustments to their procedures and protocols in place.

Was here for lunch with friends. Service from a young lady who did a wonderful job. She may have been the only server. The food was great! I had a burger & side salad-both were great! Won’t hesitate to go back.

It's been a long time since we ate at an O'Charleys. It's not like it use to be. Loaded potato soup did not have much to it only a few small pieces of potato in it less than 5. Hostess cleaning tables needs a refresher course on how to do it! The service was very good! It was on a Friday lunch hour on Veterans day and it was busy. I am not a Veteran but a Gold star parent and want to Thank you for what you do for Veterans.

Nothing in stock. No rolls. No shrimp, no buns for kids burgers. Out of salmon. Food took an hour and 15 minutes to come out and it was cold. My pasta was so cold it was discolored on the top. Our kids meals were cold too. It's been a while since I was here and last time the experience was no different. Had higher hopes this time but it did disappoint.
