Food has really gone downhill over the years, I remember Olive Garden being a nice evening out and now the food is at best competitive with Fazollis. We were told we would be seated in a nice quiet place next to the "fireplace" and we were seated next to a table with obnoxiously rowdy kids kicking the seat and tapping my shoulder constantly. I get it, but don't talk it up like that when you know it's BS. The service was inattentive and I didn't get my salad plate until the entrees came out. Just tired of spending the money for a night out at a nice restaurant and dealing with this on top of mediocre at best food. Please do better Dardin.

A Memorable Dining Experience Thanks to Dimitri!

My recent visit was nothing short of exceptional, and that was largely due to the outstanding service provided by Dimitri! From the moment we were seated, he made us feel genuinely welcome with his warm demeanor and attentiveness.

Dimitri went above and beyond to ensure that every detail of our meal was perfect! He was knowledgeable about the menu, offered great recommendations, and had a friendly yet professional attitude that made the dining experience truly enjoyable. Our drinks were always full, the food arrived promptly, and he even checked in just the right amount--never intrusive, but always there when we needed something!!
His positive energy and commitment to great service created an atmosphere that made the meal even more special. It's rare to find a server who makes such a lasting impression, but Dimitri did just that! If you're dining at Olive Garden, I highly recommend asking for him--you won't be disappointed!!

Waited 59mins for. 25min pickup order. When we arrived the informed us that they hadn't started and we would need to wait 60more minutes in the parking lot. Absolute embarrassment of a company.

The service was excellent and with a smile! I did take out and parked in the appropriate spot. There was a kind worker outside and immediately walked to my car and asked what order I was here for. I didn't even have to text that I was here. That voluntary service when the worker could have just walked in is definitely going above and beyond in my book! I can't remember his name though otherwise I would have stated his name right here.
