Stopped her on our way home to MI from IL and the staff was outstanding. They explained the food options and let us sample some new things which the one we frequent in MI does not allow. They communicated well with each other and there were lots of smiles as they moved through their jobs. The service was fast and food was hot and fresh. The place was super clean and obviously well cared for.

I have never wrote a review before even if i had bad service but this one brought me to my last straw. I work in fast food i know how tough busy rushes can be but i don’t know another place around that does the drive through this bad. Third time they’ve gotten my order wrong and it was taken by the exact same girl twice. She gave me two wrong entrees and the rice wasn’t the right rice. She couldn’t speak clearly at all, i had to ask her to repeat herself several times. I even had her repeat what she had and it was what i ordered. I got home and nothing about my food was correct. please fix your drive through.
I am a frequent flyer at this particular location and with all the locations location close to 37 and 69 this one tops it all. Food is always fresh people are always kind and helpful. I am not usally one to leave a review but today 11/22/23 at around 1pm employee Will was outstanding. Other than the kitchen staff, the managers who where working hard to keep the line moving and Will no one else was willing to help and this frustrated me, they just wanted to stand there and look at orders while will was doing most if not all the work to help fill orders while keeping a smile and a good attitude. They could have hopped in while will was checking people out but no. Thank you Will for continuing my good reputation with this location, and I hope that others who need a little more encouragement at that location learn from him.

okay this was the most frustrating service I ever went too they didn't give me my food after tell my girl friend name she made me go back too the car in the freezing cold I was really mad at this point that my girlfriend almost got a refund should because by that time I got home and took a bite my food was cold worst Chinese I ever but into

Got the family pack with the Beijing beef and honey sesame chicken with chicken eggrolls. It's my favorite Chinese chain. **Update** So I saw this T-Mobile Tuesday deal was the chili crisp shrimp bowl for$1.00, so whenever a restaurant agrees to give you anything for a dollar first, just think about it. They give like 4 shrimp and the rest of the bowl is rice, you are going to get full not off the shrimp but all that damn rice, good lord that's why it's one dollar and nine cents. Secondly, when you put a person to work drive thru and they have to talk thru the speaker, just make sure it's someone who is understandable, you have to be able to communicate clearly, that's all I'm saying.

Employee hid in the corner while we waited to be served. Yet helped the guests that came after us. I very politely told them to wait as my child clearly came for lunch and it’s common sense. Very weird. The vegetables are not cooked, and they literally gave 2 pieces of beef and 8 pieces of very hard tiny broccoli trees for an order of BEEF ANNNNNND broccoli not broccoli with a hint of beef. Absolutely would not recommend coming here at all. Will not return. Food very clearly was not fresh. Chow was not cooked through either extremely crunchy in texture. Very disappointed. However they will be the next chain to close so I rely on karma.
Honey walnut Shrimp is great! It’s always clean, staff is not excessively happy but getting your order is quick.
