Drive through is way too slow all the time. Something needs to change. 15 minute minimum. Even with 2 cars in line. I don't understand. I've tried many times

I have spent my money at this location for the last time. I would love to come here and receive faster service- you are guaranteed to sit in that drive thru for 15 minutes no matter if there is a line or you are the only car, HOT food- not room temperature breakfast sandwiches… PIPING HOT. Please cook your food thoroughly. In addition to my food never being hot, the lattes I order are never made well. The Madagascar Vanilla latte should have a recipe card to follow, please follow it, and if almond milk is ordered instead of 2% for the love of God, make it the way it’s ordered! I am so TIRED of getting diarrhea from dairy and a half cooked sandwich which means I’m throwing away $13 every. time. I. ✨ Try✨ to. eat. here 🤢😡 See you next door at Starbucks

I love Panera. it's my go to place for salads and they never fail. Except for the last time I picked up a bowl of my yummy salad only to find out it was packed with so much lettuce and almost no chicken or other elements that go with it. My Fuji apple salad was nothing close to what I always get. Otherwise Panera is a great place.

I had a latte and bagel. Both were appropriately warm when served. I found several tables for my friends who were meeting me there. The window for pick up flowed without noise. Fine place to stop by or linger!!

Ordered a strawberry basil refresher at Panera. The guy behind the counter grabs cilantro — and the tall, goofy girl next to him (looking like Olive Oyl from Popeye) bursts out laughing like it’s the comedy event of the year. Then she picks up the drink like she’s about to fix it… and doesn’t. Just hands it back, still full of cilantro, still grinning, like she did something. No apology. No care. She knew it was wrong, laughed, faked a fix, and passed it off anyway. This isn’t Chopped. It’s Panera. And if you’re not even trying to do the job right, why are you behind the counter?

We dined in, placed an order at the counter. Sat and Watched hungry for 30 minutes while the staff filled 20 to go orders. When we asked about our order, the staff was rude to us. Wood Tables in the restaurant have been cleaned with the wrong cleaning products so the surface is sticky and peeling everywhere which makes them seem unclean.
I usually love Panera, even though I think it’s gotten a bit overpriced. I went through the drive thru today for lunch, got a pick two (sandwich and salad) with chips. My sandwich was half tuna and half chicken salad (I ordered chicken salad). It tasted like they used the tuna scoop to scoop out the chicken salad. My salad had pineapple and oranges on it that tasted like chemical cleaner. And my bag of chips was empty. Never experienced anything like this but an interesting visit!

I just came through the drive thru for my drive thru pickup to find someone else had picked up my order. However the staff didn't even question it more than you didn't just come get it and were happy to have it made up for me. Id give 10 stars if I could. Customer service has been out the windows most places this one was 10 out of 10. Will drive the 20 min here instead of 5 min to the one closer to me
