We frequent several Panera locations. We greatly enjoy our experiences at most of them. We have given this location multiple chances at varying times of the week or year. It is sadly the worst location. No matter the season the interior is so freezing cold you don't want to stay. This causes any hot food or drinks that you order to be too cold to eat within a couple minutes of receiving it. I enjoy being able to order from the kiosk because most of the time if you order from an employee here they will get the order wrong. Even if you have questions there are no employees up front to help. Bagels are always burned. They do not heat up cold bakery items for dine in without asking them after receiving it and then they act like it is a big deal to do it and tell you to use the microwave. I have entered my own order, retrieved my own order, and heated my own order and they have the audacity to ask for a tip? For what? They are not good at anticipating the crowd because they run out of popular bakery items very early in the day. The music is so loud that you cannot hear when your order is ready. The coffee station is frequently out of half and half, hot water for tea, and honey. The employees are very big on doing the bare minimum. The staff also do not communicate well with customers. Would love to see some changes. Very disappointed, Take some notes from the Anderson, Lawrence, and Fishers locations. Excellent service there, hot food, and tolerable ambient temperature!

Guy with curly hair in kitchen was sticking his finger in his ear then getting peoples food together. Plus didn't even have a hair net or gloves on.
Probably my last visit. The combination of torn upholstery, an old apple on the floor, dust and spiderwebs doesn’t instill confidence that everything is up to code.

Black Friday and it’s ran on a skeleton crew. Food is good but it’s snowing 🌨️ and the heat is barely on. Very cold inside!!
Typical Panera. Great food and new items as well. Service like everywhere is in decline. We had to ask for a buzzer to complete our order and then it did not work. I will never understand how we can be asked for a tip when we enter our own order, enter the buzzer number, have to ask for glasses, pour our own drinks and serve our own table after retrieving our order from the kitchen.
Food is great and we always enjoy it.
Parking: Too many car spots devoted to pick up and are always empty. COVID is over, let us park in front...

Terribly long wait (20 min+) between ordering and order ready. I had a half bacon ranch hot sandwich and it was terrible! 3 quarter sized tiny pieces of gristly chicken. From the side it just looked like 2 pieces of bread with nothing between it. They forgot the side also. I love Panera but this location is lacking.

Middle of the afternoon they are out of skim milk and they're out of autumn squash soup.

Received a cinnamon crunch bagel and the bottom was covered in onion strings! Egg soufflé microwaved to a nuclear level. Just went here a couple days ago as well, no bagels, didn’t give me the cream cheese I paid for. I guess they decided they didn’t have to since there weren’t bagels even though I still paid almost two dollars for it. Baguette hard as a rock. And a grilled cheese made on an old flatbread with no heads up to me. This is genuinely the worst Panera I have ever been too and it is every single time.

I watched them pour eggs on the griddle, then smooth it with the bottom of egg carton that had been sitting on the counter, then put the carton back on the counter. Never order eggs here

Restaurantji Recommends
No creamy tomato soup.
No rustic baked potato soup.
No chicken bacon rancher sandwich.
It’s Friday at 5:23 pm.
Had to settle for my fourth choice.
This is the second time in a row this has happened.

Frustrating ! How hard is it to get an order right ? Ordered two pick 2, Italian sandwich and chipotle chicken both with tomato soup and got two turkey sandwiches with cheddar broccoli soup and a moldy baguette. Done with Panera !
Very disappointed. I've for years relied on Panera for, at the least, good food. Their sandwiches have been great.
Today I ordered a cheese steak sandwich when there were only 4 people in the restaurant.
I got a slap dash assembly of mostly bread, dribbling sauce, a fair amount of cheese, but with only around a teaspoon full of meat, pressed into the middle of the roll.
I literally had to open it up to see if there was any meat at all.
There was no decaf at 4:30pm, which I said was OK, because the server was sweet, though I suspect very new, and didn't seem to know what she was doing.
If I was the sort to return food, I would have.
Dang it. I should have.

The staff is very friendly. The food is good, but the sandwiches seem to be getting smaller and smaller each time. Idk what half is, but this is Definitely half of a half. 4inches isn't half of a foot.
