So first and foremost I'll admit that i ordered the wrong items this evening I was looking to get the 6:99 pairings and by mistake ordered the 8.00 papadillas one pepperoni and the other spicy Italian sausage based on the size of them they should be like 4.00 dollars a piece especially when you can order a medium 1 topping for 6.99. The quality and taste wasn't that great so I don't believe you were doing it Better. I'm a regular customer but was dissatisfied with product and price and yes I again admit I ordered wrong. That's on me So Lessoned Learned but if Pizza Hut can make a pizza flat bread for 5 bucks you should be able to follow suit. Hope ya take this into consideration to lower the Papadilla Price because it's not worth the Price. Thanks Dissatisfied Customer

DO NOT ORDER from this Papa John’s location.�I placed a large order online several days in advance for a party. Everything went through on my end — I received confirmation emails and my total was clearly stated as $157.49. Two days before the event, I got a notice that the payment was still “pending” on their end, so I called to resolve it. I was told everything would be fine. Fast forward to 30 minutes before the scheduled delivery time, I receive a call from an employee named Jessica, saying my card wasn’t going through and they needed a new one over the phone. She claimed she could void the original transaction and reprocess the order — but suddenly, the total jumped to $262 and change. When I asked why the total had changed so drastically, she offered no real explanation. I drove to the store in person and showed multiple emails confirming my original total and order. Jessica flat-out refused to honor the online pricing and discounts I had received, and rudely pushed a new receipt toward me with the inflated price. Her exact words were: “You need to either pay this, or no pizza.” I refused to be scammed or bullied, and told her I wouldn’t pay the incorrect amount. As I walked out, she called me a “b**”** loud enough for me (and others) to hear. No apology. No accountability. Just absolute disrespect and unprofessionalism. I’m shocked Papa John’s would allow someone like this to represent their brand. I’ve already submitted a complaint to corporate, and I strongly encourage others to AVOID this location at all costs. Breadsticks, cheese sticks, pizzas, knots, whatever- always burnt. This location either has an oven (or an employee ) quality issue.

This Dublin location can't get orders right EVER. Last 3 orders wrong. got a miniature pizza versus medium. Smallest pizza I've ever seen. called store and the jerk hung up on me instead of listening to me. If your answering the phone and having damage control. People not going to be happy when their calling. expect some heat especially if the last 3 orders were wrong. I didn't even call and complain about the last 2 incorrect orders.. we are back to Marcos and Jimmy's their stuff is way better. last thing any man should ever say to a female is to take it down a notch. BUYER BEWARE

The food was amazing. The pizza was hot and the wings were so delicious and there were so nice about it the delivery man was so nice they have a great service. I recommend the best ever. We love you Papa Johns.

Delivery arrived cold and half what was ordered. Foreign call center never picks up phone. Drove to the store in Warminster, PA 390-A York Rd. Rude manager did not want to make it right. I finally demanded my money back, but Still had to "eat" the $5 tip we gave the driver. While there, we noticed there were no heat lamps to keep the waiting pies hot. A lso, the driver had no heat bag to keep the order hot. Owner probably TOO CHEAP to pay for them. Also, a Large is not a large, it's 14", what any other store would call a Medium.

Terrible pizza. Worse customer service. When their advertised Pi Day promo didn't work (and local franchise had zero idea about it), messaged customer service on FB. They've responded two days later, telling me they've applied that deal to my account. Tried to order again today ... and guess what, that promo isn't there either.

I should not have to wait 30 minutes for an order to be ready.
