Will never go back to pot belly’s. For one all of the empty tables were nasty and needed clean.
Second the guy that prepared our food yelled at me to get my sandwich saying “im not bringing it to you you have to come here and get it.”
He only yelled our order once and I didn’t hear him so when he said it a second time he made that comment. He then proceeded to complain to his employee about me right infront of me when I grabbed my food out of his hands.
The dude looks like he hasn’t showered in days and never washed his hands he had dark brown greasy hair.
Piss poor service and I won’t ever come back.

Never had issues with the food here before, but this time the meatball sub was awful, almost no sauce whatsoever and it just tasted off. Really sucks for what’s supposed to be a ‘higher end’ sandwich shop.

Usually great! Employees seem bothered by my presence, Even the manager. Watched an employee blow his nose and then put gloves back on and work without washing hands.
So improper customer service and food safety and sanitation methods… not a good look, especially as I have a management background.
Will try this location again, hopefully things are better next time

We're exploring different places in Indiana to find hidden gems. While the staff is friendly, the food is overpriced and lacks great taste. For the two of us, we purchased two waters, two regular subs, and two small soups, and the total was $46 and some change. Personally, I find that the pricing is not justified for the quality of food at this restaurant. My suggestion to the store is to add some flavor to the food. Also, the soups appear to be canned.

This place is just not good at all. I'm not sure how it is still open. The bread is chewy and tastes stale. The fillings (meat, cheese, condiments, veggies) really have no discernable taste. The loaded potato soup is bland and flavorless. It really just tastes like diced potatoes and warm milk. Not to mention that it is way overpriced. Avoid Potbelly.

Really really good food! It was our first time and everything we got was really good! Especially the Mac and cheese. The guys explaining the menu to us were also super nice ?? all around great place. Will definitely come again. If it’s your first time too I recommend the Italian and the chicken club.
