QDOBA Mexican Eats

The restaurant is fine but the workers didn’t care for us and my food was freezing cold

Went to this particular restaurant today. I noticed the girl working the counter seemed to be touching things then going right back to making food without changing her gloves. ( so I thought ) I tried to look past it and didnt want to sound weird so i didnt say anything but during our meal we noticed she was whipping down tables with a chemical cleaner/rag then going straight back behind the counter to fulfill order without changing her gloves . She was touching chemicals on the rag. Grabing chairs . Using the broom etc all with gloves on her hands then touching and making food with those SAME GLOVES ON . Absolutely disgusting and we will make sure to not come back to another Qdoba because of this again

Placed on online order. Said it would be ready at 145. Got there at 145. Completely understand being busy. I stood right by the cash register for 25 min and was looked at, but not acknowledged by the cashier even once. Even said "excuse me ma'am". Nothing. Had to get in a long line to be acknowledged. Lady working the line said she didn't even work there but had a qdoba shirt on. A nice guy came and filled my order (this is 35 min in past the time it was supposed to he ready). Didn't have 4 things on my order. Manager didn't seem to want to come out of the back to help w anything. Why is someone who doesn't work there working the line but the manager won't come out of the back?

I work retail, I get the rush, but to not acknowlege a customer for over 30 minutes is insane to me. I order from there often. Highly disappointed in this transaction and didn't even get what I was supposed to. Won't order from there again, which sucks, because my family loves qdoba.

This is the worst customer service experience i've ever had in my entire life. The second I started ordering my food the employee kept rolling her eyes at me everytime I didn't understand or couldn't hear what she was saying. She also refused to make eye contact with me and was very rude everytime I asked for something. On top of that, my food was cold and I received ROTTEN TOMATOES!! Everything was cold and the food was absolutely disgusting. I would rate this place a 0 if i could. DO NOT EAT HERE UNLESS YOU WANT FOOD POISONING!!

Props to the gentleman working by HIMSELF (11/1). He was going above and beyond trying to fulfill the surplus of orders that were generated. Also, why have only one person work on a Friday??? Doesn’t make sense. Again, great worker. He deserves a raise!!!

Back to back app orders where the burrito is missing items or just wrong items. I don't notice until I get back home, so I'm stuck with it. Also instead of diet coke, they gave me a regular coke. The burrito wasn't much larger than a burrito from Taco Bell. Might as well just go there next time. This Qdoba used to be good. Don't know what's happened over the past several months.

i usually like qdoba but this location seems understaffed. my burrito while baving more ingrediants than normal was sub par for qdoba. the white rice had way too many greens in it and most of the ingrediants felt like they were out on the prep table too long and needed replacing.
