Way overpriced for what they give you. If these were fingers, 2 out of the 3 were pinkies. Tried twice since they opened and the second time i took my pinky finger up to ask for a refund or for them to swap and they were crappy and did not apologize.
Best chicken tenders
I got a 4 piece chicken and the quality of chicken is degraded badly. It got some foamy stuff inside the chicken.
We had an issue but the staff at canes was awesome and handlet it well. definitely earned a lifetime customer now. Thanks guys!

Buns chicken has no seasoning
The best fast food chicken around. All they serve is chicken & sides. They have great sweet tea also. Way better than most other chicken places.

Almost $20 for chicken fingers, a scoop of coleslaw, and a piece of toast. I don't care how tasty, still just chicken fingers. That means a family of four is going to be around 90 to 100 dollars including tax and drinks for one chicken finger meal dinner. I can't afford that from a fast food place.

went here and got a caniac combo to-go, got back home to find out there were only 3 tenders in the box instead of the usual 6. It also took longer than average to get the food than previous visits to this location. kinda disappointed because i’m hungry now.

Going through the drive thru, we had a 15 minute journey. Then we got the wrong order. Which took another 10 minutes to get the right stuff. And to add insult to injury, it just had no flavor. Really bad experience, and the manager/staff apologized, but my experience was definitely going to be a “never going there again" kind of experience.

I am beyond disappointed with Cane’s. Yesterday, I paid nearly $20 for a Caniac Combo, which is supposed to come with 6 chicken fingers. What did I get? Only 4. I was frustrated but willing to let it slide as a mistake. However, it happened AGAIN today at a different location. Two locations, two days in a row, and both times shorted on my order. At these prices, I expect to get what I paid for. This is unacceptable and seriously makes me question the consistency and quality control at Cane’s.
