I am used to going to the Westfield location but stopped into this one as I was nearby. It wasn't very crowded for lunchtime but service was pretty slow overall. As far as the food goes, I was underwhelmed. And to top it off, they served both myself and my husband refried beans that had gone bad. They smelled foul. We brought it to their attention but they didn't say much other than "ill check with the chef"---no partial refund or replacement. I will not be returning to this location.

Long story short, there are better places to go than this restaraunt. I have NO affiliations but I prefer Bugambilias.Food: There weren't any major complaints, but really underwhelming as it felt very bland and under flavored. It was also more pricey compared to other similar restaraunts.Service: Maybe it was a bad night, but in the whole restaraunt there were 5 tables and 3 servers and I barely saw my person.Atmosphere: The place looks REALLY good, I'll give them that for sure. The art on the wall was really nice!I don't have plans to go back honestly. We will go to Bugambilias in the future probably.

Be careful eating here...I came here with my sister and it was okay. My sister went there tonight date being 1/14/2024 for the second time by herself and she stated the staff was being extra weird. She was the only one in there and she ordered what she normally gets and she said the queso tasted off and when she burped she tasted medicine and after a while she felt funny. She said she started to feel tired and tried to get out but the waiter was acting weird, gave her a box but not her check telling her that she had time. She asked for her check at this moment and the guy asked why she didn't touch her food...REMEMBER SHE WAS THE ONLY ONE IN THE RESTAURANT! She then told him she just wanted her check to get home to her little one while still feeling as if she was about to pass out from eating the queso that was spicy and normally not spicy...her bill came up to 37$ which is never that much but she did not ask any questions because she was trying to get out of there...LONG STORY SHORT...MY SISTER IS AT THE HOSPITAL TONIGHT WITH A HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE, trying to make sure she did not get drugged for the second time by this restaurant. This is my sisters second time feeling this way after being there by herself a second time.. THIS PLACE NEEDS TO GET SHUT DOWN OR INVESTIGATED.

Service was AWFUL, food was terrible. We had to ask MULTIPLE times for food we ordered that was forgotten, drink refills, and even our bill. Food was cold and bland. One of the WORST restaurant experiences we’ve ever had.

Can't say how the food is as we never got seated. We made a confirmed Google reservation for 9. When we arrived our group was down to 7. They did not have a table for us. We would not allow them to ask other diners to move so 2 could be put together. There was a table for 6 set up that a chair could have been added at the end but they refused. We asked if we should go somewhere else and only received a shoulder shrug in response. We called their Westfield location and was guaranteed a table. We were seated immediately in Westfield and the service (Sondra) was superb and the food excellent. Moral: don't take more than 6 to Clover location - They don't seem to care.
