We had an excellent lunch experience at this Red Robin today. Our waitress was perfect. The food (burger and fish and chips) was yummy. Service was great and with a smile.

Went here to have a nice lunch with my husband and this waitress openly flirted with my husband. She couldn't stop talking to him about what to order. Also my husband and I were talking about what fries to get and he wanted garlic and I wanted regular so we ordered regular fries and she brought him a whole mess of garlic fries. And she kept coming to our table every 5 minutes to see if he needed anything. My husband even made the comment about her flirting. It was ridiculous and pathetic.

It's burgers and bar food. Fries are all you can eat and served hot! The only downside is that it is always cold inside. The double doors allow frigid air to enter. One set was malfunctioning and was open so as soon as anyone came in or left... frigid air. We are with winter coats on and we're still cold. In summer, the AC is cranked up so we don't go when the temps are up. A bit loud too. It's fine otherwise.

I think they're too expensive, but the food, shakes, and food variety is great.

My fiancee and I came here tonight to celebrate my birthday, and it was terrible. The host couldn't seat us immediately because every table in the current section was dirty and hadn't been cleaned. The entire time we were there, no tables were cleaned. Service was crap. We only got refills once and had to shout across the room to get the bill. Pretty sure the server was drunk as he fell over multiple times and had a drink open on the bar. Not to mention every employee was standing and loitering around the bar. I came back to Red Robin to try it out for the free burger reward, and we will never be back. Absolutely ridiculous.

Dirty tables everywhere for not being busy, kitchen not wearing hats or hair nets grossed me out since their hair was all in their face. Staff looked like they were having a party instead of working. Food was ok. I worked in the restaurant industry for 10 years so maybe things have changed from when I worked in the industry.

Met my sister and brother-in-law there for dinner along with my son. Haven't seen my sister in almost 1 year. Place was not crowded. Order was placed about 10 minutes after being seated. Order 2 orders of the Tsunami Shrimp entrees - 1 ordered with no brocolli add onion rings and the other - onion rings as the side. Received the order and both came out with brocolli - one w/fries and one w/onion rings. Both meals were luke warm. The brocolli was cold. Fries and onion rings were hot. It's like the main food was cooked first then set aside waiting on the sides. They replaced both and food was hot, but still one had french fries and brocolli instead of no brocolli and add onion rings. Finally brought out the onion rings. My BIL ordered the Ensenada Chicken Platter with fries. Same thing fries hot, but didn't know about the chicken because of having no knife. Ask server for a knife, and she went to get one but got sidetracked in re-inputting our shrimp order. Flagged down another server to get a knife. And guess what........chicken was cold. Dish was remade. My sister ordered a chicken wrap, it wasn't cold, but luke warm.
The table next to us had similar issues. They also told him that we had a problem with our meal. He came by, offered us a "coupon" for a free appetizer and I think a shake that was good until the end of the month. Also, knocked 25% off the bill.
Also ordered a togo order, the Jalapeno Heatwave with no tomatoes. Was told it does not come with tomatoes, but guess what...........it had tomatoes.
I don't blame the server for the ineptness of the cook staff. She did everything she could do to make our dining experience good. Manager, well, from the way he acted towards the people next to us and to us, it seemed like this was the last thing he needed to hear. Like it has been happening alot - wrong and cold orders being sent out. Might need to get cooks that have some work ethic to them.

Where do I start for the review for Red Robin in Hamilton Town Center. Party of 4, two orders of tsunami shrimp, one chicken wrap, and one chicken plate. Took 30 to 45 minutes for food to get to the table. The place was not packed at all, and it looked like a ghost town. When the two plates of tsunami shrimp came out the shrimp was cold the appetizers were hot but were wrong when was ordered without broccoli and came with broccoli that was cold one was ordered with broccoli and it came cold and had an order of fries that was actually hot came with onion rings that were hot, but the shrimp was cold. The chicken plate also came cold and was not provided a knife took another 10-15 minutes just to get a knife in order to be able to eat the food.

All three meals were replaced with correct ish orders with correct temperatures. Overall the server was amazing but the back of house staff was full of incompetence, there is no communication between back of house and front of house on when food is supposed to be coming out in a timely manner and at the correct temperature that it's supposed to be. Manager also looked like you didn't give two craps about his job as he only offered a measly $32 off on $100 plus order and offered four free coupons for milkshakes good till the end of the month which is a slap in the face.

There was also another table right beside us that also had issues as well they had a similar issue with all their food as well so to say the least that this place is ran like a sinking barrel of fish oil is an understatement.

Back of house needs to get their act together to learn how to get food out the window as quick as possible in a timely manner with the correct temperature of food and not let it sit up on the windowsill waiting for appetizers to get done while the main course gets cold.

Also back a house needs to watch their language as there was a lot of inappropriate stuff that could be heard coming from the back of house. Something about two waitresses wanting to touch boobs that is very inappropriate for the workplace.

First time trying Red Robin. Two managers came out to welcome us for trying Red Robin for the first time and brought us complementary fries with dip. The service was great along with the food. I got the southern charmer and my husband got the Red Robin. We both enjoyed our entrees. For an appetizer we purchased the pretzel bites with beer cheese. Absolutely delicious.

We will definitely be eating there again.

I've given this location a handful of times to turn things around but honestly it's seen better days. Ate in tonight for a special occasion. Started our order with a root beer float and a milkshake to which the waitress responded with how much she hates making them because she gets gross milk on herself and that's why she has a change of clothes in her car.... Awesome start. Same waitress told the large group next to us the same exact thing and turns out they were there for a birthday and were also ordering shakes. The tables probably need replaced and the middle floor area always seems to be covered in a slippery film; at least it seems that's been the case for the last year. I honestly try to sit in the bar section. The manager on duty brought fries to the table and seemed to be the only one working there who actually cares about the place as he wasn't visibly miserable and had a decent vibe. Sad to see this establishment be in this situation but it's been on a downward trend in terms of service and atmosphere since before 2020. Couple most of what was said above with the price you are going to pay and what's the point of even going out?
