Long wait to be seated, dirty tables, manager ignored us. But the food was good.

First time visiting this restaurant. It was very dirty and smelled bad. It completely ruined the mood. We asked to move to another table, which they were very accommodating, However, the new table, kiosk, and utensils were dirty.

Super slow just to sit. Place was empty and we waited ten minutes for a table
Sever left to give us a minute to look at the menu and was gone forever.

If I could give this place a 0 I would . My daughter and I were there today for lunch , was met by one of the hostesses and was told it would be a minute , after 30 minutes and him seating 3 other couples who by the way came in after us were seated we left .
My daughter who had, had surgery was walking with a prosthetic and a cane couldn’t stand any longer . Due to the service our experience was horrible. I don’t recommend if you’re the least bit disabled.

Grabbed a late lunch at Red Robin at Hamilton Town Center in Noblesville and was very disappointed. We were greeted quickly, but had to grab our own infant seat from a stack found at check-in and take it to our table, even though we told the host we would need one. The waitress was very friendly, and food came quickly, however we were not given utensils nor napkins. The restaurant was pretty empty so it took awhile for the waitress to reappear. The food was where the real disappointment comes in. The burger and veggies were horribly overcooked and consequently flavorless. The chicken tenders, also, didn't have flavor and a couple pieces had hard, grisly sections that were unedible. The staff was cleaning tables around us and the table rag they were using had a pungent sour smell to it. Eating out has gone up in price across the board so determined where we spend our dollars is important, and for the dollar amount we paid we don't feel like this experience was worth a repeat visit.

I had never been to Red Robin before. Since we were shopping in the area, we decided to try it on my 68th birthday. It was absolutely delicious, and the hospitality was over the top. Everything was clean and inviting, and the 4 of us had a great time and meal. We'll be back!!

Alex would made a very good crew mgr. Very helpful to staff and customers. Represented red Robin very well during rush hour and helping other customers as well as the bar.

Tried to enjoy a meal here last night but no one ever came to our table. There were maybe only 3/4 tables in the whole restaurant seated. Several people looked at us but didn't acknowledge us so after 15 minutes of waiting we went to Ford's Garage. We were seated right away, were greeted by our server and received our appetizer and dinner all in a timely manner.

We had an excellent lunch experience at this Red Robin today. Our waitress was perfect. The food (burger and fish and chips) was yummy. Service was great and with a smile.

Went here to have a nice lunch with my husband and this waitress openly flirted with my husband. She couldn't stop talking to him about what to order. Also my husband and I were talking about what fries to get and he wanted garlic and I wanted regular so we ordered regular fries and she brought him a whole mess of garlic fries. And she kept coming to our table every 5 minutes to see if he needed anything. My husband even made the comment about her flirting. It was ridiculous and pathetic.
