Yo guys. There's going to be ton of hate today because of the espresso machine is down. Some grumpy people out there. Stuff happens! To the lady that helped me thru the driveway you're an all-star!, I appreciate you not making fun of my lack of coffee and espresso machine knowledge. You guys always do a great job, very polite, professional and are my go to Starbucks. Keep up the great work guys. See you in about 10 mins!

Busy, did not give me my cents in change. So it was 4 cents lost and into Starbuck’s coffers. If it happens a million times a day over Starbuck’s Corp., they make a lot of extra untaxed(?) money off of the customers.

As much as I’d like to leave a positive review for this establishment, I can’t. Everytime I have been here I have waited over 10 minutes for my drink, and at times I have waited over 30 minutes for drinks I have ordered online. I don’t think I am entitled to getting my drink when I first arrive, I understand it is busy. However, I believe paying over 5 dollars for a drink and having to wait over 30 minutes for it is ludicrous. They prioritize drive through drinks and even then it takes over 10 minutes. I hope they can hire more help or hire more efficient personnel.

Would not recommend. Took 40 mins to get two drinks and nothing but excuses from the manager or shift leader. The young man who took out order was very friendly and apologized to us for the wait. but the rest of the staff only complained they were busy. I get it. I’ve worked fast food. But I would never get defensive with a customer.

I only ask for two things in my coffee, 1 shot of espresso and extra half-and-half. This is the second morning in a row that I didn’t get extra half-and-half. This is a continuous issue at this particular location. I usually just don’t say anything and move on but twice in a row I’m over it.

Every single time I go to this starbucks the employees complain to me about placing a mobile order then getting in the drive through right away, I only ever have an issue with this at this starbucks. I could understand if I was rude and rushing the employees to make an order I just placed but I was patient and respectful the entire time she could’ve taken 10 minutes to make my order and I would’ve been fine with it, no one else was in line, no one else is ever in line when I go to this location as it’s so early in the morning. I work customer service myself so I can sympathize but when the employees here are constantly mumbling under there breath on the speaker going “looks like it was just placed” then when I get to the window completely LECTURING me telling me that “it actually takes us longer to make your order when you place it then get in the drive through immediately”, the only reason I do this is because I don’t want to order while I drive, I live 30 minutes away from this location so I can’t place it at home, I was simply just trying to get starbucks before I had work. Like I said i’m a loyal customer to starbucks I always have been but this is the ONLY location that complains to me like this. I wish the employees here could set their egos to the side for one second and understand my point of view that I just don’t want to attempt to order while driving but i’m okay with waiting because I know I just placed it. I’m
super disappointed this lady definitely just ruined my morning right before I have work.

Not one to review, but 2 strikes in a row at this store. Mobile Drive-thru order over a week ago, with no line, failed to put any flavor shots or syrups into two hot macchiatos. Barista was friendly and seemed undistracted at window, but not sure what goes on behind the counter. Then two days ago, walk-in order, again two hot macchiatos, barista missed customizations and made an add-on not that wasn’t asked for. It’s more than just making coffee, it’s about service to detail at the premium customers pay for these drinks. Time for some QC or more training.

Not sure who drew the palm tree and sweet message on the cup but it made my daughters day. Nice extra touch for awesome customer service.
