I had a very disappointing experience at this Starbucks location. I ordered a matcha latte, but it was poorly prepared, with large clumps of matcha powder throughout the drink, indicating it was not properly mixed. This resulted in an unpleasant texture and an inconsistent taste. Given the premium pricing, I expect a higher standard of quality and attention to detail. Unfortunately, this experience has left me with no desire to return to this location. I hope management addresses quality control to ensure better consistency for future customers.

It was super rainy and i had my wipers on and the starbucks dude got such an attitude because it was splashing him and i didn’t know: it was a little embarrassing because it was an accident and he was super unkind about it. Of course i fixed the issue and turned my wipers off right away and i apologized and he continued his attitude to the point where i was like “yes i didn’t know it was an accident”. its super embarrassing to be treated like me that when a little kindness would have gone such a long way, I know i reacted kindly but its still awkward and can make for some very uncomfortable people. i will never go to this location again. My reaction to my mistake did not warrant his attitude.
