Excellent staff. Friendly, fast, and knows what they're doing. Drinks/food are spot-on. Drive thru can move a tad slow, but usually because whoever is in line has 12 drink orders with modifications and 20 food orders. Otherwise I'm in/out in less than 5 mins easy. Excellent gingerbread chai as well!

Very nice and comfortable space. We were there just for coffee. Enjoyed a fun conversation for over and hour with a couple of friends. They even offered us a free taste of a new preparation that has olive oil.Great place to enjoy a nice break on a busy day.

i know everyone has off days but i’m writing this more as constructive criticism. the first time i came to this location it was amazing, i even got 2 free drinks because they were training new baristas! however this morning when i came through i asked for a white mocha and was given some sort of chocolate drink. i know this is a new build with new employees, but please pay attention to the tickets your given. i couldn’t come back around and get it fixed because i was on my way to work, so i wasted $6.

I’ve been stopping by this Starbucks 2-5 times a week since they opened. It’s a bit pricy for the food items, but they rarely mess up my order and are always willing to fix it at no additional cost, no questions asked. The people at the window have never been anything short of exceptionally friendly. Mornings can be a bit slow (I’m usually in the drive thru between 5am and 6:30am), but I assume this is because they are still getting everything ready for the day.

Very poor customer service, I went to use points to buy a cup the cashier charged me $32 and did not know how to refund it back to my Paypal account. Also about 2 $50.00 gift cards, and I was supposed to get $5 for my gift cards and i didn't receive mt gift cards for buying gift cards.

Be prepared to wait in line forever and then have the wrong drink and burnt sandwich put out the window. Definitely won't go to this location again !
Pre-ordered on the app. Did a pickup on the drive-thru. Fast and wonderful service. My beverage was hot and tasted great!

I’ve been here a couple times and every single time they mess up my order. (It’s on my way to work, that’s why I keep going). I just went through before work today and they gave me the wrong sandwich and added stufff to my drink I asked not to be in it. Starbucks is too expensive to not have what you are paying for.
