Horrible management and owner doesn't take responsibility. ordered off Steak n Shake mobile app. My order was delivered to another house. Contacted them and they will not remake order or refund money. Told to call corporate, well that number is disconnected. So we never received food or a refund.
This location is ALWAYS slow. Now matter if you dine in or not. This location actually doesn’t let you eat inside so you can only do drive through. For being a fast food place, I shouldn’t have to wait 30-45 minutes just to get my order. Very disappointed!!
