Amazing place to eat. We are from out of town and not even chattanooga TN has everything on point, like this place. It’s also very clean. We’ve been to different ones and none compares to this place. 10 out of 10 recommend.

This steak and shake is the best steak and shake. I've found in a long time. It seems like they fell in love with seasoning salt. Just overpowering every sandwich for a long period of time, and now I don't know. If it's the beef tallow, or what but their burgers are on point and their fries actually have flavor now, I've actually been looking forward to going to steak and shake. Instead of dreading, it just going for my kid that loves their fries. We actually don't have one in Anderson, so when we go to home depot, we always stop here and get burgers. Now if you want a good steak and shake that actually cooks their food the right way?This one is the one too go to !!

Me and my family were greeted by the manager right when we walked in and asked if we needed any help ordering. The staff working the grills and the other kitchen staff also asked multiple times if we had everything we needed during our meal. One of the best steak n shakes I have been to. The inside was clean and the manager was going over and above to make sure everyone there had a good dining experience. I dont usaully tip at kiosks but next time I definitely will due to the great job by all of the staff at this location.

This rainy day is proving to be a good CX day. I haven’t eaten at Steak n Shake it awhile but have been wanting to try the tallow fries 😋. I used the drive through- it was quick, the lot was super clean - loved the Route 66 art vibe painted on the pavement. The drive through worker- also had a cool vibe, pleasant and professional. It’s the simple things that often get missed but are so appreciated when great people nail it!
Service was fast & friendly. Burgers were great and fresh. Fries seemed stale and overcooked.

Everytime I come here, the service is always timely and friendly! Leaps and bounds above any other steak n shake ive been to! I asked for a to go cup for my wife's milkshake and Jerald took it and freshened it up for us in a to go cup at no charge! Thats great customer service! Thank you guys!
