I have ordered from this subway numerous times. And the past 3 times when I've ordered on the app they get our sandwiches wrong. Items that are asked to be taken off are left on. Ask for extra sauce and they give you none. Finally, this last time I called in to see what was up, and was given numerous excuses but no resolution except they will do better next time. Next doesn't work for me when it has happened 3 times now. Especially with a family of 5 and we spend over $40 each time we visit. Will not be returning to this subway unfortunately. The employees have always been very pleasant and nice. But the manager only makes excuses and doesn't care if the food goes out wrong.

If you only want to eat bread this is the place to go too. Very stingy with the toppings and meat.

My customer service experience at this location was abysmal. The amount of toppings on my sandwich were salaciously short. I had to ask multiple times for more onion and tomatoes. They acted irritated and offended that I was even there. I would avoid this place like the plague.

The sub was fine but the bathroom was disgusting. It clearly hadn't been cleaned in a while. Makes me wonder when the last time everything else was cleaned.

I ordered a subway and came with almost no ingredients in it, I don’t know if they are trying to reduce food cost but doesn’t taste like subway.
This is a great location! Fresh bread, meat and veggies made to order everytime. Great customer service too.

Ordered the steak for my gf she ate half and got diarrhea from it. Me thinking she’s exaggerating ate the other half and … it gave me diarrhea. She called the stores and gave them a heads up. Of course they denied it and said it couldn’t be them. We didn’t even want anything. Haven’t returned since. Bad service and just condescending owners.

I always have liked subway but this one is a ripoff. I caught the employee only giving me 4 slices of meat each on a italian bmt footlong. I called him out and he said i put 6 on there and i said no you didnt, i saw you. He then proceded to add 1 more of each meat and then i said you owe me one more. He then added more. Watch out for this place, they will try to short you meat, plus it seems that the footlongs are really about 10 inches long. Be AWARE!
It is Subway, everyone knows what you are getting with the food. The reason this is a 5 star is the people. The guys that work in here are great, very personable and always try to make small talk. Place is always clean when I've been there (which is a lot) and they make the sandwiches well.

There are ants all over the counter. The ants are in and all over the cookies. We let them know and they didn't even act like they cared or acknowledged what we had said. They did nothing to the cookies. Did not remove them. no cleaning or anything.They still left them out to be sold !!!
