This Taco Bell always gets a bad rep but the food is always good when we go. Service is great and while some things could improve like the soda fountain not having so many out, it’s still a great location with employees that work hard.

Ordered on mobile app, waited 25 minutes behind 3 cars in line to get to the speaker. Person working drive thru couldn’t find my order despite me spelling out my name, just tells me to pull around. Waited another 30 minutes to get to the window and finally get there, they still dont know what order i am talking about, then the person working the drive through turns around and magically sees a bag with my name on it and hands it to me without my drinks and closes window, the food was great but I will honestly drive to a further away taco bell to save some time

The only thing that was good in my supreme luxe box was the tiny bag of tortilla chips and the tiny cup of cheese! The 5 layer burrito had refried beans, but they forgot the other 4 layers. The taco and the chalupa were both filled to the top, BUT they were only 1/2 inch thick, and that included the shell. This happens at every Taco Bell in Hamilton County. How do these places stay open? Every time I give one of these places another chance, they suck!! Why are these employees so rude? They know the crap they bag up and give us is wrong, but they keep on doing it over and over, and they just don't care. Maybe they're mad at their Mommy for refusing to continue to pay for their phones and video games, and they are taking it out on every customer they serve. They are providing us with minimum wage service, but they cry and want $15 or more an hour. They need to take pride in what they do or improve themselves and get a better job. Stop!!! taking it out on us!! I worked hard for the money that i handed them, and they handed me a bag of disrespect, laziness, and entitlement.

We waited for 20 minutes to even order, and then they completely messed up my order, which was simple, a cheese quesadilla and potato taco with no lettuce and a cheese cup. They gave us a chicken quesadilla, with lettuce for some reason, then the potato taco was cold as could be and the cheese sauce cup was maybe a quarter full and cold. Whatever you do do not go to this Taco Bell.

Always short staffed, never have a person working the counter. The restaurant had numerous people waiting for food. I asked how long everyone had been waiting and the minimum time was 20 minutes. We left without our food. Wayyy too long to wait for fast food. It was the same situation when we tried to get food last year. We will never go again. Drive through was not busy and the employee working the window just stood there and did not try and help. What’s up management?
